-I bring my puppet in for another swing, but my control over it was starting to falter.-

So, it was working.

Persephone this time raised a shadow shield, to keep her body safe from this hit as she allowed the slice to bleed freely.

"And what about Crouch, and the other Death Eaters? You can't just focus on me all your life... you'll wear out... your wife will somehow fall... and it won't even be me.."

"She never will... Strayers never surrender or wear down!" -I begin the puppet in to strike again but it just collapses to the ground, the last of my magic went into it.-

A laugh, the woman turned her back to where the shadow puppet once was.

"Never weakens....? ... I'm sorry, but repeat that again, I couldn't fully understand the meaning of it, I was too busy seeing your spell fail you.."

-I don't pay the insult any mind as I go to drink a potion I had prepared in case of this, it would replenish my magic a bit.-

A scowl, Persephone chuckled.

"Oh, come on. No cheating, boy."

A shadow pin seemed to grow in her hand, and she threw it at Artemis' hand, to get him to drop the potion.

-I cringe but let out no cry of pain as it pierced my hand, forcing me to drop it.-

Persephone raised a lazy brow, smirking.

"Well, well. Silent, just as the rest of your family. I have no argument against your... willpower.."

-I hold onto my hand and through sheer will power fight the pain and raise it up again.-

"I'm not letting you win." -I say with resolve.-

A chuckle, Persephone crossed her arms.

"We'll see about that.... your move, boy.."

No problem night!

-I stand up and point my wand at her.- "Reducto!!"

A sidestep, the spell flew into her hut hitting one of her tables and exploding with a large crash, knocking things everywhere.

Persephone scowled.

"Now, now, that's not nice. I'll have to clean up now..... wingardium leviosa..."


Knives, all in the kitchen hut, many butcher knives and bread knives, etc...
they all rose up, floating behind her.

"Let's see how fast you can dance..."

a flick of her wand, the knives began to fly forward, past her toward Artemis.

-Just like training in Honora Castellum...-

-I maneuver myself around the knives, gracefully dodging all of them without a single wasted movement.-

The knives dropped once they missed, splashing noisily into the murky water.

"Very good.... but you still need to pick up your feet..."

She wasn't done.
In the muddy swamps, the knives seemed to began to swim back toward Artemis, blades forcing through the water with the magical thrust Persephone gave them.

-A few stab into my leg and I fall down but look up and....-

"Petrificus totalus!"

Almost caught off guard, Persephone was hit slightly with the spell- at her legs, at least. Her arms were protected by shadows, though the spell did knock her over, freezing her legs.

"Damnit.."

-I start crawling forward, each movement looking painful.-

Persephone pushed herself slightly up, her eyes dark.

"Sorry, boy, but this is a no-go. Head home, this is a worthless waste of your time.."

"No... not until I win..." -I grunt in pain.-

A smirk, the woman chuckled.

"And what if you never come home? Think of your poor little wife..."

-I grab ahold of a tree and start standing myself up, pulling the knifes out of my legs.- "I will win, good always wins."

A laugh Persephone grinned darkly, staying where she was.

"Really...? And where did you get this idea?"
