IC: He gives Crest a bitter look as he gets to his feet. Eagle simply checks that he's able to move, not bothering to remove any dirt from his clothes. He looks scruffy anyway, a bit of dirt won't make any difference.

"I didn't say that I didn't work completely without them either. The criminals we capture go to the Ministry to be put on trial, and I do my best to see that they are brought to justice.
"I just don't like some of the Minsitry's methods. I'm human, and I have an opinion. Or is the Ministry now making everyone into robots?"
