He turns his gaze back to the half-eaten donut. Reluctantly, he puts it down on his plate. "I'm afraid I'm not going to, not when I know I'm innocent."

IC: ... Ok. Surprise attack. One way to go about it. He simply blinks at Crest in a vaguely annoyed fashion. "So you got me... now what?" If I can somehow move just enough to shake my arm... or if the sleeve was shifted...

Gritting his teeth, he uses all of his strength to try and fight the spell, but it doesn't work, obviously. His wand stays firmly trapped in his sleeve. There has to be some way I can move it!

Yes! It slides down into his hand. Eagle casts the counter-spell non-verbally and frees up his limbs. He quickly steps backward, out of Crest's reach. "I will not allow myself to be taken in like a common criminal. I have put many behind bars, and I do not appreciate being treated as one."
