Early Years

Kara stepped away a little fearfully but instead of running, she remained frozen letting Enzo have the oppritunity to look at her.

Enzo stared right into her eyes, his own eyes surging with dark intent and power, "Yes, she hath the eyes. Agatha, if thou would..."

Agatha stirred at being addressed but stepped forward, talking in a dull, submissive voice, "Please come with us, my father needs you.."

Kara, too young to understand the dark intent of it all, acted as any child would and followed. Staring at the floor not saying a word. But her father had came back and saw Kara walking away with them.
"Exscuse me who are you people? And just what are you doing with my daughter?" Kara fearfully squeaked

Agatha spoke for them, "Please don't be alarmed.." Once more her sullen expression hide the deep regret for her involvement in her father's mad schemes.

"Why not? What exactly are you doing?" Kara's father was a stubborn man. Kara just cried into her doll

Enzo this time spoke, "Your daughter's eyes bare the potential of being greater than the common stock that stifles the world... one where she could live as a goddess."

Her fathers eyes widened a bit
"So Katrina was right...Kara was in danger."

OOC Katrina is Kara's mom and also has the eyes as well

The god-complexed man looked at the man with perked interest, "Katrina? There art another in your line that bare the eyes?"

"Strange as I've noticed the eyes are carried normally by the male line, but the female line? That is an anomaly that must be understood.."

"Agatha, make sure we never lose the child."

Agatha's eyes were still set on the ground as her eyes watered up but she nodded in silent reluctant consent.

"Unhand my daughter!" Her father rushed forward for her. Kara reached her hand out.
"Katrina was my wife."

Agatha held onto Kara, muttering apologies to the child sobbingly.

Kara started to cry out loud. Lights crackling as she did.
Her father faced Enzo
"Katrina never meant for her power to go to Kara. She was reluctant she did want to curse a child."

"Curse? You believe her powers, her right to godhood, to be ailment?" Enzo asked infuriated by the mere prospect, "You simple creatures deserve to be ruled by us."

Agatha spoke up meekly, "Please... just let us leave. It'll be better for everyone..."

"You insane man..." Her father muttered, disgusted
"Better! How? Your kidnapping my daughter and you believe her to be a god? She's only 10!"
Kara continued to sob

Agatha shook her head, just as sad as the child she restrained, "Just please... go. You don;t know what he can do..."

Enzo raised his hand and Agatha was silenced fearfully, "Silence Agatha, you do not speak in my presence lest I ask it."

Kara yelled out and all of the windows along the edge shattered.
"Let her go! She's just a little girl!" He ran towards Agatha, attempting to free Kara despite the shattered glass

Agatha looked at the man trying desperately to free his little girl and secretly, she longed to have such a father figure in her life. She pretended to put up a struggle but in truth let Kara go purposefully and whispered an apology into his ear, "Please don't let him know.. I'm sorry.."

He tugged her free and pulled her away from them.
"Kara run and hide..." Kara nodded shakily and darted off amongst the panic.

OOC he should catch her for a bit and she escapes later

" I won't be denied!" Enzo apparated in front of the girl and grabbed her arm.

Agatha looked at the man, "Please forgive my father and me... he's..." She couldn't find any justification for him. "I have to obey him."

Kara's father knit his eyebrows at her
"Why? He seems like someone who doesn't care about you at all."

Kara tried to tug away from him, falling and pushing at the ground with her feet

Agatha's head lowers even more in shame and despair at the hard truth she tried to deny for so long, "Only one does..."

"Come, be the goddess you were meant to be..." Enzo kept his grip on her.

"And who is that?" Kara's dad asked slowly, not preassuirng Agatha.

Kara did everything she could to pull away, her eyes snapped completely shut. She didn't want to open them and see anything. She just eventually gave up the struggle and sat there, whimpering.

"The Marque of France, Mael Noir.." Agatha smiled ever so microscopically at the mention of the man who made her feel free.

"Good..." Enzo took out his wand, preparing to apparate them out, (Should he?)

"It sounds like you love him, quite a lot." His voice trailed off at the rememberence of being called a widower because his wife had passed

Kara sniffled, not wanting to look up at him (What do you THINK my awnser will be Crouch?  )
