Aylwin sat at the bottom step of the stair case and buried his face in his hands. he was tired and had hardly gotten any sleep the previous night, accounting for the dark circles beneath both eyes.

Meredia was skipping down the stairs, stopping when she heard voices.

'What's going on?' she almost tumbled down the steps in her rush.

The girl practically scooped Aylwin into a hug, before carefully stepping back again. 'You're actually here for once..' she laughed awkwardly, almost forcing Matthew into the conversation.

She teetered on the stairs wondering how Topher was.. wondering what Chimmy had done last night. She shook her head a little, though it didn't help the intense pounding from her hangover. She couldn't help thinking about Chimmy no matter how hard she wanted to and it literally hurt thinking of him.
