"I don't think there's anything wrong with you." He quickly kisses her cheek before moving back again, a half-guilty, half-mischievous look on his face. "But then I'm biased. Still, I don't see any reason for people to act like that... How have they been acting?"

'If we were in a muggle comic, yes.' he snorted, clearly not giving anything away. 'I have no plan at the moment, it makes me very bored.'

A smile lit up her expression, dissolving some of the distress. 'They've been acting like I'm the plague or something, I wonder if I've turned into Crouch sometimes, with the looks i get.'

I walk inside and look around and find Eagle, "Eagle..."

-tumbleweed rolls past-

"Ahh don't give me that crap..."

"How's this for evidence... I can see ya full of malicious intent." I point to my eyes.

"Please, don't compare yourself to Crouch. You're much better than him," Eagle says quietly, smiling at Ace a little.

His eyes widen. "Crest...?"

Crest: sparing no time for pleasantry or explanation, I get straight to the point, "I need your assistance."

Topher: "Yesh, I'm sure 90% of people think of killin' ya all the time but sadly only I've got ya kryptonite..."

Eagle tilts his head to the side, both to rest it against Ace's in comfort and to question Crest. "How so?" He smiles slightly. "I knew you weren't really a criminal. It was simple to work out."

Crest: "Any threat to myself is irrelevant." I say addressing Ace, "I have a plan, one that can remove all corruption in the Ministry."

Topher: "Harty har har, so how ARE those swimming lessons goin'?" I mock him right back.

He raises his eyebrows, surprised. "Interesting... that would certainly make my job easier if they didn't try to control me or find out who I am."

Topher: I smirk, knowing I had struck a nerve, "Ah don't worry, I'll get ya some floatees for ya birthday."

Crest: "Not initially. Years back when the Ministry-Strayer alliance was first formed, they were just as devoted to justice as we were. Things steadily went downhill."

"But I need an outside ally."

"You're my friend, Crest," he says simply. "I'll be the ally, if you wish."

Crest: I nod my head to both of them in silent appreciation.

Topher: "Woah.." I raise my hands up, "At least buy me a drink first..."

"What's your plan, then, Crest?"
