'We're both to blame for that one.' her voice had gotten soft again, and she rose to her feet calmly, enfolding her arms around the boy in a comforting hug.

He wrapped his arms around her small frame. Thought of Death and River flooded his mind. "We can't do this Sydnay. Death has River, and you have William."

'Anyway, i wasn't suggesting we do anything, i just wanted to hug you.' Sydnay briefly wondered if that was such a crime, nobody had ever really hugged her before...

'I must smell like a crazy person then, life ain't too hard right now. In fact, it's the easiest it has ever been (if only you knew..)' it was clear in her eyes how she was feeling, she couldn't suppress the first flicker of hope growing in her heart.

Maybe this time she wouldn't mess it up.

Huffing, she turned back to the windowm watching the fish float absently past.

Rhiannon was sitting on her bed surrounded by her room mates. They were gossiping and doing other girly trivial things. She felt her son do something really uncomfortable in her stomach and winced, "Really, Jas, must y-" Then her eyes went wide. She gripped the forarm of one of her friends and let out a blood curdling cry, "JAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Her friends all jumped to their feet in a panic and clustered around her, "Rhi, omg, rhi what is it." She couldn't hear anyone she was only looking down at her stomach. "Jay, get Jay." She whimpered.

IC: After speaking to Matthew in the Hall, Jay returns to the common room with his file, intending to do some more research. He's just about to sit down when he hears a shout that makes his blood run cold.

A table falls to the floor in his haste to get around it, followed by a lamp. "Rhi?!" he yells, scrambling up the stairs.

ic, She grits her teeth and grips the arms of her friends who help her to stand, they take her to the door and start down the stairs. She hears Jay call her name, "Jay?" She says, whimpering.

"The baby, the baby. He's- Ohhhh my god, mother of jesus." She cringes and folds in around her stomach." One of her friends brings Rhi into a straightened position, "Breathe, Rhi... Breatthhhe. Okay? Shh." Rhi takes deep breathes. The friend turns to Jay, "We need to get her to Mungo's, now."

IC: "Right, yeah. It'll be ok, Rhi, promise. I'll be with you the whole time." Despite his attempt at calmness, he's freaking out in his head. None of his thoughts are making sense other than Rhiannon. Mungo's. Now. Quickly. Baby.

ic, She ties her hair into a loose knot behind her head and breaks from her friends to go hug Jay. "I'm scared." Her voice cracked and then another wave of pain hit her. "Make it stop!!"
