She smiles over tears, "I'd marry you fifty times, Jay Hawkeye." She pulls him toward her gently and kisses him through her tears. "I love you so much and we will get out of here. Both of us."

She stands for a moment then walks to the door, at the doorframe she turns, "It's a boy. By the way." Then she walks out.
