Rhiannon Yaxley, with her shining caramel hair, was seated on a couch in the living room. Jasper was sleeping in his cot in his room. He'd been non stop hungry for a while then eventually gotten sleepy so Rhi could put him down. She was exhausted.

Jay walks in from the kitchen, a butterbeer in each hand. He sits beside Rhi and offers her one, smiling. "Doesn't count as alcohol, so we'll be alright," he chuckles.

She lifts her head from her hand and takes the butterbeer, "Thanks." She yawns. "How's things?"

"Good, thanks. How are you feeling?"

As soon as he says 'good, thanks', Jay wonders whether that was the right choice of words. He's perfectly fine, but... there's a weird urge that he can't quite place. Almost as if something's telling him he has a task to do...

Maybe that's how Claws feel, he thinks, brushing it off.

"I'm alright, yeah. Jaspers doing good and-" Realisation hit her and she lay her head back against the couch and groaned.

He sets his butterbeer on the floor and takes one of her hands, concern on his face. "What's wrong?"

She looks up at him, a small scowl on her face. "We have to go... shopping. For baby clothes. Oh the horror!" She says melodramatically.

Jay laughs, looking relieved. "You had me worried for a sec there," he admits. "It won't be too bad. We can always use magic to resize them, so we don't have to buy more."

She winked at him. "But what do babies even wear, oh my god. Also, Jay... We should probably introduce Jasper to the Dark Lord, him being born to a DE family and all."

"It's not a case of what babies wear, what do we want Jasper to be wearing? And yeah..."

"I don't even know, we'll figure it out, though."
