It would be an understatement to say Rook hadn't returned anywhere near Hogwarts in at least a year.

He wasn't entirely sure why he'd been avoiding the area, maybe he just didn't like the fact that everyone seemed to know everything that was going on, it had worried him slightly. The now young man had too many secrets to keep walking around in the spotlight. Running a hand through his darkened hair, he strode down knockturn alley, paying little interest to the various black magic items that kept being thrust in his direction.

At last I could drop my facade. And no better a place to do it than Knockturn ally. The dark atmosphere absolutely blanketed me, warmed my soul with it's ominous feel.
