The Great Hall

"[Quick, make a witty joke about him being immature.]"

"Actually, from what I've already seen, everyone just seems to be really friendly."

Logan felt like face-palming. "[Goddamn it. I give up. That's it. I am 100% done here.]"

"Would anyone mind showing me to the Ravenclaw common room?" Kurdt secretly hoped that it wouldn't be the latest addition to this welcoming party. Just by their small conversation he had made Kurdt uncomfortable.

'I suppose I could take you, but I'm no Claw.' he smirked, pointing to his gryffindor tie. 'I'm part of the hero house, apparently.'
Just another shy one, what a let down.. Lukas suppressed a sigh; his need for entertainment was never sated.

"[Of course it had to be this guy.]" Kurdt thought. "[Wait, goddamn it.]"

"Thank you." Logan said. His smirk seemed grateful, but he knew that this character was a bit more fun than he appeared. He was hiding something, and Logan was going to find out what it was. He happily followed his escort, waiting until that moment when they could be alone.

"[Don't do anything dangerous.]" Kurdt was cautious. He didn't want to hurt this guy, but he doesn't have much of a choice.

"Damn, he's a sneaky one. Taking the most crowded corridors so that I can't try anything." Logan had to be sure to whisper so that he couldn't be heard. Looks like the answers he desired would have to wait a while.

Logan stomped into the Great Hall. He demanded answers from anyone in ear shot regarding the Gryffindor. Logan could barely control his breathing pattern due to his anger. "[I will find you. And, if it comes to it, I will kill you.]"

She looked up from the table at the sight of someone she didnt know, her eyes narrowing into slits and she lent back, studying him.

Logan could feel eyes staring at him, but no answers regarding the Gryffindor coming his way. Ignoring the other students mocking his anger, he turned to one in particular who happened to be sitting at a table. "What are you looking at? Do you know anything about the Gryffindor who likes apples?" Logan realised what he had just said sounded rather crazy. "[I am not a people person.]"

She snorts with laughter, at Mers words, and the fact the little blind girl wanted to fight.

Logan's attention moved to the 'hero' that decided to challenge him. "And what're you going to do about it?" Logan mocked, taking out his own wand in retaliation "I may only have half my power right now, but it's not like you could even hit me." Logan's overconfidence caused him to let his guard down.

'Ill laugh at who ever i want to laugh at, kid'

Logan barely noticed the stupefy heading towards him, and was forced to dive to the ground to avoid it. "How dare you? Do you realise who I am?" "[Where's Kurdt when you need him? I doubt I can win this without my full power anymore.]" Logan replied with a stupefy of his own, but it was sloppy; there was barely a chance it would hit its target, even if it was blind.

Meredia brought up a simple shield, eyes flaring a brighter hue of pale grey, almost white. The stupefy rippled around her barrier, not affecting her. 'You are an idiot for harming me in times of peace, i ask you to leave now.'

Logan jumped to his feet. "Oh, but I'm just getting started." "[I need to distract her to give me enough time to find Kurdt.]" He launched multiple stupefies in Meredia's direction in quick succession. They travelled fast, and were fired with Logan's highest level of accuracy.

Meredia gritted her teeth, her shield bared most of the damage the stupefy's could've caused. The girl was unusually talented in defending herself, it had always been her strong point. Gathering the energy he'd fired at her, she returned it with half as much might as he had.

'Just get out of here! I don't want to hurt you!'

Logan was ready this time; he wouldn't underestimate her again. While his shield took most of the impact, the remaining force was still enough to knock him to the ground. "[Drat. I need to find Kurdt.]" As he got to his feet, he fired a last stupefy at Meredia in order to distract her long enough for him to retreat.

Kurdt entered the Great Hall. "[Where could he have gotten to?]" After surveying the room, Kurdt realised everyone was watching him. Some of them seemed to even be mocking him, while others looked quite scared of him. "[Looks like Logan's been through here then.]" Kurdt decided to stick around for a while, in case anyone had seen his brother.

"Hey, Kurdt! How's it goin'?"

Kurdt noticed a familiar face walking towards him. "[Maybe they can help me find Logan.]" "Oh, hi Top." Kurdt returned Topher's greeting, all the while attempting to stop him from noticing his green eyes. "Quick question: I know this sounds weird, but did you see me come through here a few minutes ago?" "[Yeah, 'cause that doesn't sound crazy.]" Kurdt couldn't help but sigh as this thought entered his head, but awaited Topher's answer all the same.
