"Did I see ya...?"

I glance at the guy like he was a bit soft in the head, "dude I only just got here, I haven't seen anyone let alone twice."

"[Well Top's gonna be no help.]" "Completely unrelated question, but is there somewhere that an 'evil' person might go to hide?" Kurdt was not good at this. He wasn't as used to being unseperated as Logan was. He tried to hide his stupidity with a smile, which served only to make him seem less sane.

"Okay buddy, lets hear it, what's this about?" My suspicions are continuing to grow, we just got rid of all the bad in this place I ain't having it come back.

"[I already told Teddy, I don't think it's a good idea to tell Top as well.]" Kurdt had no choice but to fabricate a lie: "It's just, uh, I heard there may be some Death Eaters on the school grounds, and I wanted to know if there's anywhere they might be hiding." It wasn't good, but it seemed good enough that Kurdt wouldn't have to reveal his secret.

"No way, no way. We kicked those clowns out. They're gone and they better stay gone."

Kurdt was running out of options: Topher hadn't believed his lie, and he couldn't exactly tell Topher about him and Logan. There was nothing Kurdt could do to convince Topher to help him, unless...

"Look, I overheard some students saying they were going to help some Death Eaters into the school grounds; is there any place within the school grounds where they could do this in peace?"

"Who were they?" My suspicions were dissolving into growing concerns. I lost one of my best friends and poker mate to those bastards and I am not lettin' them in.

"[Damn, I don't know anyone here. Unless...]" Kurdt had to, he had no choice. "I don't know his name, but it was that Gryffindor who showed me to the common room. You know, the one that likes apples?" Kurdt didn't like lying like this, but he had to find Logan one way or another.

Instant recognition crosses my face, "Lukas."

Kurdt knew this was wrong, but it was the only way he could find Logan. "I guess that's the one." This was the only lead he had towards his brother. Maybe Logan had found Lukas, and was with him right now. Perhaps lying to Topher was a good idea.

"Alright, say Kurdt, ya any good in a fight?"

"[What?! Why is he asking me this? Did I just get an innocent student in serious trouble?]" "Um, not really; I'm feeling a bit tired now, like I'm only at half of my strength." Kurdt began to sweat as he thought about the various outcomes of this situation. Best outcome: Kurdt finds Logan, and no one gets hurt or discovers their secret. Worst outcome: somebody dies.

"If it helps, he's a pretty bad dude."

"Alright then, I'll take him on then."

Kurdt wondered if he'd made a huge mistake. But he had to find Logan, no matter the cost. He followed Topher out of the Great Hall, and to wherever it was he was taking him.

I'm sorry! My thought process went as such: Kurdt knows Logan doesn't like Lukas, so it was logical to assume that Logan was looking for Lukas. I'm sorry, I was aware of all the RP rules.

no it's not anything to do with the rules, Lukas actually hasn't done anything to Logan or Kurdt.

but he will singe their asses if they carry on turning people against him.

"[Here. You have control for a while. I need to plan how I'm going to deal with this Meredia girl.]"

Kurdt was surprised; Logan had never willingly given up control before. He didn't know what to do. Kurdt decided to hang around in the Great Hall deciding whether or not to talk to Teddy about...things.

I walk in to the hall, narrowly missing walking into someone. I glance up, not recignising them. 'Sorry, sorry.' I say, quickly sitting down at the table.

"[Who do they think they are?]" Logan was not happy about this person interrupting his thoughts.

Kurdt glanced momentarily at the student sitting opposite him. He gave a slight smile and returned to contemplating the Teddy situation.

I smile back briefly, beore my eyes drop down to my hand, where my engangement ring was. I touch it lightly, worried about how peopl will react to the news.

Kurdt glanced again at the girl sitting across from him. She seemed distracted, playing with a ring on her finger. "Something on your mind?]"

"[No, don't talk to her you idiot!]" Logan tried to persuade Kurd against socialising with this girl, but to no avail.
