Tyra looked up slowly
"We'll there is Gamsey..." she said with caution

"Gamsey?"

"He's what's called a Seer, or a Watcher. He has the uncontrollable ability of Foresight as well as the ability to not feel pain." Tyra was slow and cautious at how she prhased her words.

"Oh that's very interesting, so NOTHING can hurt him?"

Tyra shakes her head
"Not physically."

But mentally...

"Ahh I see." He wrote it down. "Well thank you very much for your time." He nodded awkwardly.

Tyra looked over at Alec and he nodded. They waited until he was gone for Tyra to say
"He felt wrong..." Alex nodded

"Looks like our vacation must be cut short, my darling." He got up with Tyra as they headed for the nearest way to Paris

Phoenix and Pixie wander outside of the village, arm in arm while they walk. They could almost be mirror images of each other now, if it weren't for their eyes and clothing; for once, Pixie has literally let her hair down like Phoenix prefers, signalling her relaxation. Her step is the strongest it's been for a good while, even though she's still using the staff. Neither of them talk, preferring to keep the comfortable silence for now.

And who should be there to greet them than Artisan Strayer, and to no one's knowledge, a masked Death eater.

He sat perched on the branch, observing the three.

'Artisan certainly got stronger, and those must be the half siblings. I didn't even know that piece of the story until recently. Karen covered her tracks well.'


The boisterous Strayer approached them, "Hey guys!" He put them both in headlocks as he happily laughed.

Both twins laughed, Phoenix attempting to wriggle her way out while Pixie used her staff to her advantage, tapping Artisan's legs with it, hard enough so it could be felt but not with enough strength to hurt.

"Arty!" Pixie called joyfully, simultaneously trying to hook the staff around him now to trip him up. "You sneaky git!"

Artisan was tripped, falling to the ground but this did little to sway his mood negatively, "I missed you guys so much! I doubt I have to ask if you missed me."

'Ever the egotistical I see...'

Pixie twirled the staff, setting it in the ground and leaning against it with a raised eyebrow. "Nah, we were good, weren't we, Nix?"

Phoenix chuckled, holding out a hand in an offering to help Artisan up. "Yes to both of you," she replied. "Yes, we were fine, and yes, we missed you."

He took the hand and stood up, brushing himself off, "Where the hell were you guys? Everyone missed you!"

"Around," Phoenix said vaguely, waving a hand. "But not really in contact. Sorry about that." She shuffled her feet, looking sheepish.

OOC: I might try and make something of that, I don't know yet. Could fit in with the other idea I was half thinking over, I suppose. Hm...

Pixie snorted. "Please, we're strong, independent women. Chaperones are for those little petals who call 'emselves ladies."

"Good to see neither of you lost your awesomeness!"

"That's what it's always about with you Gabe Strayer..." The death eater decided to announce himself at last.

Pixie just pulled one of her confused faces, while Phoenix decided to ask the important question. "Pardon?"

OOC: Remind me, Gabe is Artisan's real name, right?

The mask death eater stepped out, his mouth less mask revealing nothing of his face. His height suggested he was around their age. "only that artisan here has always judged everything on coolness."

Artisan whipped out his wand. "And just who are you mr know-it-all?"

Phoenix drew her wand too, directing it at the stranger. Her sister widened her base, spreading her feet shoulder width apart for balance, and tightened her grip on her staff.

"Nothin's wrong with thinkin' something's cool," Pixie said.

"Don't mistake me. I find it compatible with myself, I'm not mocking him."

"Trust me, buddy, Death Eaters ain't cool. I know what I'm talkin' about."

Phoenix chose to ignore Pixie, instead trying to work out what she could about the stranger, which was a big fat nothing. "What are you doing here?"

"I merely wanted to see the half siblings of e Strayers, seems that story is true after all."

"How could you know so much?!" Artisan demanded.
