He'd beaten Crest Strayer before..... and this boy was making a fool of him!?

The man gave a snarl.
"Idiot boy! I cannot die! And if you think-" A sharp hiss of pain, he hesitated as he slapped off some that were beginning to stray up his neck, "If you think I will fall to such a level..-!"

He glared at his adversary, "You're right about one thing. Fear might never die, but those angry enough to drive past it always win."

The stinging pain was sending the Nightmare King into an unfamiliar panic. A fear of his own so desperate, it awed him.

His eyes were wild as he gave Brogan a last look of rage, and vanished into the darkness, the dream loosing its hold on the mortal.

He scoffed, "What a coward..."

Brogan glared off, he knew he had overcome worse adversities. His own good for nothing parents for one thing.

Yes I didn't expect that at all! I thought for sure Brogan was going to lose!

I'm sitting on a bench somewhere after Samantha and Crest's wedding.  I'm so happy for them!  I just don't understand how they ALL can forgive someone like me....  It boggles my mind!

Cities were never a place I liked, nothing against London it's just I'm arsonist about what happens in cities. I ran my fingers through my below waist violet hair as I walked, not noticing I triped over someone's foot . I stumbled a bit before turning around
"Sorry Mr. Nuel..."

I look at this stranger cautiously, "How did you know my name?"

Nervous as well as scared, I grip some of my hair tight in one hand
"I saw it, ahead if time before I tripped..."

"How?"

"In a vision!" Great now he probably thinks I'm crazy

"Interesting..."  I say, not really sure how to react.

"I can see the future okay? My sister Erin canoe objects"

My eyes widen with great interest, "Really?"

Artemis had heard that Artisan was in town at one point, buying supplies for his experiments. Perhaps that would give me some insight as to what happened to him.

Tacto was the curious one, the carefree soul out of his two other brothers. They had been arguing so much it drove him crazy! He needed to get out, maybe even grab some fish while he's at it.
But his trip was interrupted when he felt himself collide with someone.
