Deciding for once not to take a gamble with Heather, Topher had decided to ride out the storm in the Noir Mansion. Heather couldn't get him there. He made it to the front porch of the mansion and went to knock on the door.

Having disguised myself as a poor beggar woman, I shakily walk up to Topher, holding up my hand, "Please... D-do you have money you c-could spare?"

"Yeah, hold on a sec..."

He knocked on the door and Mrs. Noir opened the door, "Oh Christophe! Good to see you.." She smiled at her son as though he were a soldier returning from a dangerous assignment. She had been terrified over the fate of her son ever since meeting Heather.

"Hey mom, can I stick here for a bit? Oh and can this lady have some dough?'

"Oh of course..." She reached into her compact purse and handed some coins to the woman.

"Thank you... Y-you are so v-very kind..."  I look up with desperate looking eyes, "Might I come in and have some water?"

"Yeah..." Topher held the door open.

Agatha however looked a little more reserved, but her benevolence wouldn't deny her entry.

"T-thank you... S-so much..."  I look around, acting as though I've never seen a mansion such as this.  I have to wait for the right time to spring into action.

Agatha keeps her eyes on her while grabbing her a glass in the kitchen with Topher. She turned to her son and whispered.

"Christophe... I think we need to be more careful these days... we don't know how influential this Heather woman is."

"Yeah, you got a point, but... she'd be stupid to try and take me in here right?"

Agatha thinks it over, and goes back to the lady with the water and smiles friendly, "Here you are..."

"T-thank you s-so much, k-kind soul..."  I take a sip, trying to figure out how I'm going to strike.

Agatha smiles at her, "Well good luck, ma'am..." she curtsied to her and started walking back in another room toward the phone, just in case she wouldn't leave.

Topher started to walk back with her, "Yeah, see ya!" He turned his back to the beggar.

While no one was looking, I take one of my toxins from my sleeve, spraying it in Topher's direction.

OOC What does this do?

Topher smells the toxin, and feels his knees give out from under him as he falls to the floor with a sickening thud.

Agatha had just reached the police when she heard her son's fall. She dropped the receiver, letting it hang by the cord and rushed to her son's side, dropping to her knees, "CHRISTOPHE!!!"

She looked to the woman, "Please, don't. I've already lost him once..." Tears were forming in her eyes.

I take off my disguise, revealing myself.  "Oh, I don't plan on killing him..."  I get out my wand and push her back from him with a spell.  "I just plan on observing him..."  I grab him and get ready to apparate.

Agatha hit the edge of her stairs, yelling out a little but she scrambled to try and reach her son in time.
