I sigh and turn around, the tattoo was an ornate serpent spanning both of my shoulders.

"Maybe that's what my old man meant, just some dumb tattoo..." I put a hand to my forehead, suddenly feeling something...hard? I look for a mirror and lift my half shaved bangs from my forehead. Embedded in the middle of my forehead was a tiny orange diamond shaped rock.
WTF?? That's it, I'm gone, I bolt down the hall
