"See this book?" He pointed to the standard text book that Snape had issued this year.

"I'll go grab it." Phoenix could do the theory of potions, but the practical side was another matter entirely. She returned a few minutes letter with the promised book, handing it over as she sat own again. "Here you go. Should help you a lot."

Phoenix settled back in her chair with her own book, content to enjoy the comfortable silence. "If you need any help, just give me a shout," she said as she reopened to her page.
