The cut seemed to be a normal cut but it had a weird purple tint to it.

I look down at it, observing the purple tinge in it. "It looks so painful..."

OOC Okay, bye!

"I'm alive, that's all that matters."

"That's a good point..." I run my finger just above the cut, wondering if my mother could heal it.

"No... I don't need help..." I pull my sleeve back over it stubbornly.

I look down, "Okay..." I wish I could help in some way... But I don't want to be a bother to him...

I hug her as a comfort, but also to disguise my itching on my arm.

I hug him back gratefully, but ask just one more time because I care about him, "Are you okay?"

"I'll live, Sam..."

"I know... I love you..."

IC I smile at him, hoping that tinge of purple doesn't mean anything dangerous on his cut.

Suddenly I break out into a violent itching fit, my very skin feeling like the flesh had been replaced with wool.

My eyes widen and I look down at his arm, my heart racing with worry and anxiety for him. I stand, helping him stand as well, "Come on, let's get you to the Hospital Wing..."

"No.. I can handle it." I tell her as I keep itching.

I grab his hands, knowing that itching so much can only give you scars. "Please... For me."

I look into her eyes, feeling my bravado melt away like a shield being reduced to iron ore. Unable to mount resistance, I nod my head.

I give him a small and grateful smile, walking him to the Hospital Wing.

The girl felt the iciness of the water travel up her legs, making her muscles twitch. She'd only planted her legs into the lake, but she still shivered. Beginning to hum a soft tune, she tried to distract herself from her wandering thoughts, not liking where they would inevitably lead.

A walk was just what he needed.

Jim had been so incredibly pleased with the death of Query that he'd decided to pass over control to him for a while. It was nice not having him lurking around; all Rich could hear from him was the muttering of his plots in the back of his mind. His stomach lurched a little bit with the knowledge of what he had planned for Sherlock - poor guy didn't know what was coming.

Rich brightened up considerably when he spotted Meredia, though, and managed to ignore Jim in favour of going to join her. "Meredia!"

ic 'Richard?' she guessed, jolting and pullling her feet out of the water. Her head cocked uselessly in his direction, already perking up. 'It's nice to see you.' Although haunted, she seemed calmer.

IC: "It's been a while. How are you?" He happily sat down next to her, hugging his knees to his chest. It was more than a relief to see one of his only friends. Rich had missed her more than he thought he would.

Her smile wavered slightly, a twitch in the corner of her lips. 'I... haven't been the best. Horrendous, actually. But hey ho, life goes on.' she tried to be optimistic as usual. Meredia was completely unaware of his actions.

His bright expression faltered, one of concern replacing it. "Is something bothering you? I don't meant to pry," he hurriedly added.
