A Playground in London

Raven sighs and shakes her head.  "She caused me trouble by getting Crouch to betray me... Did you not know?"

"Somehow I doubt that. If anything more likely Crouch finally decided you weren't of use..."

"Actually, Crouch blindly obeyed her order on giving me a love potion without even knowing what it was...  Therefore making me angry once it wore off and leaving him to take his anger out on Crest.  Doesn't that make sense? Or do you trust your sneaky little wife too much?"

"Only one flaw in your story. Why would she do it."

"How the hell should I know? I don't know why she'd want me to fall in love with Crest, but she's your wife. Shouldn't you know her? Doesn't she tell you everything as all couples should?"

"If you think she's open about anything, you don't know her at all..."

"So you married an untrustworthy woman who is close friends with one of your worst enemies? Have you learned nothing from my betrayal?"

"She's not untrustworthy. She just handles things differently."

"Wow, it's sad, how much denial you're in... How much does Liria really tell you? When's the last time you had a deep conversation? She can't be trusted by ANYONE."

As much as he wished to deny it, he couldn't help but find it true. Of course Liria had been with him through thick and thin. She helped him discover his name, helped rebuild his family after the war, and bore his children. 

But she was never around anymore, and when she was, she pulled things like this. They needed to talk.

"She CAN be trusted. Maybe not by you. But by me."

"Oh, please! It's just a theory, but what if she gave me the love potion to hurt Crest?  It's just a theory, but it's possible! What would you say to that, hm? I may not be the most honest person in the world, but even I wouldn't keep so many secrets from my spouse..."

"Or maybe to humiliate you?"

"But why would she hurt her best buddy Crouch in the process? Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if she was in love with him more than with you..."

"You hold your tongue..." He warned her, defending the honor of Liria.

"I'm just saying what I think... And it really worries me because Crouch trusts her so much... So much he gave me a potion from Liria without knowing what it did!"

"We told you he'd betray you eventually. He always does. But you didn't listen."

"He only betrayed me because he trusts your bitch of a wife so much! In fact, EVERYONE seems to be her bitch! That includes you!"

"Stop calling my wife a bitch!" He demanded of her.

"Hey, I'm only saying the truth!"

"No you are not. Liria helped to define me as a person, and saved my brothers a couple of times!"

"And somehow you two have more differences than similarities..."

"Maybe but she is Liria, and I love her."

Raven smirks a little, "Then I guess she's the one that spices up your goody two-shoes life..."

"You could say that." He admits honestly.

"But doesn't it bother you how close her and Crouch are?"
