-Chuckles- For a couple reasons...

One. I'm more than used to being hated at this point...

Two. You're my sister. I could never hate you, no matter what.

I feel the tears slide down my face. 'you should hate me. i deserve it.'

-Shake my head- No River... you shouldn't be hated. You SHOULD hate me. All I've ever done is cause you pain. I'm not much of a brother.

'But you are. you were right crouch. youve done so much for me...and ll i ever seem to do is ruin everything.' i sigh. 'whats wrong with me?!'

Not a damn thing. -smile- When I was born, I probably took with me all the wrong, leaving nothing but right for you.

Trust me River... you don't ruin anything. You've been the only good thing in my life for years.

-Despair filled tone- You set up good... so I can knock it down...

I take his hand and squees it slightly, smiling. 'Im sorry crouch...i dont hate you. i really dont. i dont know whhy i said it...'

-I squeeze back, smiling meekly like I used to do when people still knew me as Barty- I'm glad to hear that Riv... I love you sis...

I sit up and hug him. 'I love you too, crouch. im sorry for shouting and scaring you.'

-Shake my head- All the fault is mine. Don't apologize.

I smile slightly. 'i take it your going to make me stay here untill you know im well then?'

-Chuckles- Am I so transparent?

'no. i just..know what you are like...'

I look around and see a boy watching me. i narrowed my eyes, staring striaght back at him.

She had caught me looking...Should I talk to her? What could I say.. decided on the basics I get up and walk over to the side of her bed- Hello....-

I smile. 'hi...What are you in for?'

I lost my memory...Some people a while back found me lying in a street bleeding badly..when they woke me up I couldnt remember what I had been doing or even who I was...So they took me here and Ive been here ever since...- I move restlessly I had dark skin and black hair...but my eyes were a clear blue. I still had my usual black leather jacket and jeans on.

I raise my eyebrows. 'ouch. how long is "ever since"?'

My brow furrows- I think it has been at least a month...but enough about me...What are you here for?

-I look over at this guy... no memory. How fascinating... -

I smile. 'nothing that interesting...high stress and lots of..arguments with people resulting in..well, being here, i think.'

But she'll recover quickly enough... we Crouchs are a resilient lot... so, you just worry about you...
