"Pardon?" My eyebrows raise up, taken a bit aback by the comment.

She raises her eyebrows and smiles pleasantly in response, "Hmm? Just being friendly." She chuckles.

I chuckle a bit, "Oh okay. So how have you been?"

She cocks her head, "are you asking that out of genuine curiosity or just for small talk? Because small talk has no use and will get you nowhere." She smiles.

"I'm merely asking how you are, I haven't seen you in a while after all." His behavior was truly starting to confuse me.

Iris seemed genuinely baffled, as though she'd never had this conversation before, "Well then I'm not sure how I am, I guess the correct response would be I am fine, and yourself?"

"Well... I'm... good." Has she truly been gone for so long she's forgotten conversation?

"You know, there's no right or wrong answer to how you are. It's however you are."

OOC I'm sorry can you remind me if Iris is one of your good-bad-neutral characters?

ooc, i'm sorry i can't answer that she is completely all over the show she cares for who she cares for. I guess she's neutral but she crosses over sometimes.

"Yes, of course," She stops frowning and nods vigorously, "Of course, you're right." She smiles,"Though... however I am is unclear at the moment." She blinks and frowns, as though clearing some unwelcome thought.

"But that isn't of concern. You are an auror, or aspiring to be, am I right?"

"yes, I've been an auror close to my entire life, trained since I was 5." I nod proclaiming the fact with just pride.

The idea of Eagle's challenger was quickly tossed aside at the sight of Sam, "Hello."

That voice. I immediately brighten up when I see it's Crest. "Hey!"

"Hey dearest!" I take a seat next to her, "Everythings all set."

"That's great!" I smile, giving him a hug.
