He quickly washed his hands and arms, freeing them of charcoal.

"Okay, so what's a party like?"

Joshua laughed and rolled his eyes. "Loud and chaotic. Drunk people everywhere."

Seventeen looked, wide-eyed, at him. "Really? Sounds scary!"

"Seventeen you're not coming with us. I don't want you to get lost or hurt."

Seventeen looked at Kevin now. "But why!? I wanna go!"

She nodded a bit "have to agree on that a bit... though the usual crowd sounds pretty quiet tonight."

Seventeen pouted, folding her arms across her chest she stared accusingly at Sapphire. "I thought you were my friend," she pouted.

Joshua shook his head. "Seventeen, you're only, like, ten. You can't come to a party. Sapphire is your friend but what Kevin says goes."

Kevin nodded in agreement. "Sorry Seventeen, you can't come."

She and Brogan apparated with a small pop at the base of the stairs leading up to her flat.

"It's a bit different... but it's the only place that's every really felt like "home" to me." She led him up the twisting stairs opening the door lamps flicking on as she did casting a soft green glow.

He looked around the room, it was so much brighter than the room he usually lived in.

It was in it's usual state of tidiness except for the desk.. everything seemed to be in just as random and scattered of an order as her brain at times. "so do you want some tea or something?"

He shifted awkwardly, having never been so close with anyone prior to this.
