As usual, she sat alone, fingers entwined in the grass as she contemplated. For once she wasn't thinking about Sam and Crest, or her family, she was merely thinking of her own life, what she'd ahcieved so far.

On her own, not much, it seemed.

She shook her head lightly, humming softly under her breath whilst trying to clear her mind.

The shuffling of feet brought her out of her daze, eyes squinting as sight briefly filled her vision. Yellow...a colour I haven't seen in a while. 'Jack? Your smile is literally radiating with glee.' and insanity.

My heart twists a little at the mention of Sally; I have not forgiven myself for what I did to her to this day. I just look down, not saying a word, my happy mood now turning more depressed the more I talk to this girl.

I run an extremely frustrated hand through my hair, ready to yank a whole chunk out. "You don't know what it's like... It's not that simple..." Frustration and anger is starting to mix in with the depression and sadness; my hands curl into fists.

'Yes! he did actually!' her voice had risen to a shout, which was actually quite strong for such a small girl. 'He used to force my siblings and I to murder! when I never did it he caused me a lot of pain!'

She hadn't realized, but tears were filling her eyelids, streaming down her young face. 'One of my siblings died because of what he did to all of us, and we've been split apart...'

Meredia stepped forward again, almost screeching. 'Tell me, are you being bullied now? no! is your wife bleeding? she isn't! are your daughters alone, neither of them are! so just... stop!'

Her words hit me like daggers, but the anger covers it all, meaning I'm going to be regretting everything I say later. "HOW CAN I STOP???!! I have found pain in others enjoyable since I was a TEENAGER!! WHEN I HURT OTHERS, I DON'T FELL ALONE!!!" I grind my teeth together, very, VERY irritated. "IT'S NOT AS EASY AS YOU'RE MAKING IT SOUND!!!!!"

'Yes! it is! If me and my siblings can do it, if your family can, what's stopping you?' Don't let your need for pain tear you and your family apart...please. Her eyes almost depicted her pleading, something about broken families disturbed her.
