I groan. 'Fine! drag me along. but im counting this as kidnap.' I smile slightly.

"Good thing I seldom obey the law then..." -I smirk and let go of her arm, walking to the Hog's Head.-

I roll my eyes but follow him.

Red stands by one of the windows, staring out at the grounds with an unblinking gaze. A particularly curious owl hops closer, head tilted to one side, but when he turns to look at it, the bird flies away, hooting in fear.

Even animals don't like him. Good thing he likes it that way.

"Red Spicer." -A cold voice says from the doorway, there stood none other than Crest Strayer. His silver hair seemed to dissolve into the clouds behind him.-

Who is it? How does he know my name? Why is he here?

Red turns his face towards Crest, an eyebrow raised. "Yes?"

"You're under arrest for murder." -There wasn't even a fickle of warmness in my words or face.-

He feigns a look of shock surprisingly well. "What do you mean? I wouldn't ever- Oh. Yes. I know..." Red closes his eyes, nodding. "Well played, sister."

"I was not contacted by anyone." -I pul out my wand.-

"Come quietly."

His eyes snap open again. "I'm afraid you have the wrong person. I can explain everything to you, if you'll give me the chance."

This is perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity!

-I walk up to him confidently.- "I don't give chances to killers."

"But I'm not a killer! Please, just listen... My sister, Silver. She used to look after me a lot. I was a difficult child..." Red spins the story in his favour easily. He's had it planned out ever since he made his first move in his twisted game. "Eventually, she simply broke. This has to be her doing! She must resent me for taking away her childhood! This must be her revenge, to frame me!"

-I look at him as though my eyes were staring into his soul.- "I don't believe you."

"Why not? It's perfectly logical. In fact, I wouldn't blame her for doing it..." Red sighs, looking sad. "She's never been the same since our parents..."

OOC Sorry phoenix, I gave you the hardest Strayer to deceive. Why wasn't he the Head Strayer again?

"Because I have no evidence to support that claim."

OOC: Good thing Red's got a bit of patience. Somewhere. I think.

IC: "Do you have any to support yours?"

"Mountains of bodies."

"I don't remember anything like that... but you could point at anyone and say they're responsible for 'mountains of bodies'. What about evidence that can actually be used, that can actually prove I'm a killer?" His tone is almost challenging.

-I point my wand at his forehead.- "Legillimens."

OOC -I desperately hold Crouch back.-

Crouch: "THATS MY JOB DARK LORD DAMMIT!!!"

Preparation is key. Red's learned that.

Of course, Crest will find memories. But they've been carefully chosen from his life. Ones where he was happy with Silver, where they played together as brother and sister should. He even leaves out the feeling of utter betrayal he had towards her when he ran away, but not the reason why. All of the others are hidden away, locked up in the depths of his brain. It's almost as if he tried to forget them.

He gasps at the spell's instrusion, as well as from the effort of keeping his thoughts in order, quite a difficult task for him.

-Nothing out of the ordinary, it seems I'll need his sister account to get the complete story. He could easily be a occulumens user.-

-I start walking away after I let him out.-

OOC: Kira: "It's all going according to plan... "

IC: Red sighs with relief. "Remember what I said about her... she could easily put up a facade, by the way."
