"Hey Hazel, I had the day off today, may I come in?"

Hazel: She rolls her eyes. "Of course, silly. Don't need to be so formal. Nix is visiting, too. She's somewhere in the house, probably catching up with Pixie."

OOC: Gtg soon

"Thank you." I step inside after bowing my head. I can't help my politeness. It's a force of habit by this point.

"Actually I wanted to ask you about something."

Hazel: "Ok. You go on into the living room. Want a drink or anything?"

"Yes, just some water, but don't trouble yourself I'll get it."

Hazel: "Oh, no, my house, I'm the hostess, go sit down, Strayer," she says, sounding more like Pixie than herself. She softens it with a smile, though, seeming more like Phoenix.

Almost as if she's the same age as him and simply playing a game, she rushes into the kitchen to get there before him.

OOC: Gtg, pause?

I raise my eyebrows, Hazel's behaviors have long confused me.

OOC Sure bye!

Hazel: She returns moments later, glass of water for Arthur in hand. "Here ya go!"

I take it from her, bowing my head to show gratitude, "Thanks."

OOC: Homework is more trouble than it's worth, seriously.

IC: "No problem! So, what did you want to talk about?"

I get a shade, "well I need your advice on... Well..."

OOC: Hence why I'm here instead of tearing my hair out in frustration...

IC: Hazel: She raises an eyebrow and waits.

"Well don't tell dad just yet but... I need help with Alexis Crouch." My face is red as a beat.

Hazel: Her eyes widen. "Well... damn, Arthur. Didn't expect to hear that."

I chuckle nervously, "yeah... Her dad already isn't too happy with me, but my mom can usually calm his rampage."

Hazel: "Well... uh... I dunno what to say. Treat her like a normal girl, I guess. She probably gets annoyed by the reaction she usually gets when people find out her dad is Crouch."

"That's what I've been doing, but even so it doesn't help things that our dads were foes back in the Death Eater era."

Hazel: "Yeah, that's a bit unhelpful." She pauses, thinking. "You know, just because Alexis is the kid of a DE, it doesn't mean she'll follow him. Look what happened to Pixie. She was raised as a DE, but she didn't stay as one."

I smile hopefully, "I hope that's the case too."

Hazel: She giggles. "I guess it was only natural that a Strayer would go after a Crouch."

"I'm not alone, a son of a former DE also seeks her."

Hazel: "Poor Alexis... it's like Nix's problem all over again."

I look confused.

Hazel: "Oh, there was a point when loads of guys tried to get between Nix and Eugene. Seriously. She tried to name them all, once... I swear there were about... three other guys that tried to get her?"

"Wow..." I snap my fingers, "Oh yes, my dad told me about Darcy's arrest!"
