Jack: I pop in, glaring at Crouch, "This man isn't bothering you, is he, sweet heart?"

Sally: "No, we were just talking."

OOC I couldn't resist.

-I cringe ever so invisibly.- "Mr. Nuel..."

"And what did you need to talk to her for?" I hug Sally from behind, still glaring at Crouch.

-Crazy Grin- "I just wanted to tell you about Sam's recent defection...'

I let go of Sally, grabbing Crouch by the throat and slamming him against the wall, "What defection?!"

"Has anyone ever told you you have a SERIOUS attitude problem?!"

I smirk, "And you don't? Besides, you DID take my wife, and if it wasn't for her, you'd be DEAD!" My fingers tighten a little around his neck, "Now tell me... What is this news about my daughter?"

-I struggle to talk but he's got too hard a grip on me.-

Even though I would love to choke him and just kill him, I let go, just dropping him. "Now speak..."

-I get my breath back.- "It's a wonder you put up with him with this kind of rudeness Mrs. Nuel..."

"Anyway, Sam's run to join Crest."

"Crest... Recently turned traitor to the Ministry, hasn't he?" I think for a second, "It makes sense that my daughter would want to join him..." -thinks more- "Well, since I don't care for the Ministry of Magic, I'm fine with it as long as he doesn't hurt her."

"I don't suppose that perception would be changed by the fact he outwardly called your daughter a pawn?"

My eyes widen and twitch a little, but then I laugh. "I've seen his love for her... It must be an act! At least the whole 'pawn' thing..."

"Oh it was... his loving persona I mean. All just part of his game."

"Don't try and fool me, Crouch... Unless you have a DEATHWISH!!" I raise my arm, telekinetically grabbing him.

Sally: "No!" I gently take Jack's arm, lowering it. "Don't... Killing isn't right..."

-I look at him slightly amused.- "Yeah Jack, don't. Killing is wrong."

I take a deep breath, looking at Sally with pleading eyes, but she's just reflecting the look back at me. "...Just get out of my sight, Crouch..."

"You've gotten weak Jack. You've gotten merciful. Now I see where Sam gets it!" -With that I leave laughing insanely.-

Jack: "Damn him..."

Sally: "Calm down..." I hug him, "It doesn't matter what he thinks... You're better than him; he's just trying to get on your nerves..."

Jack: I sigh, hugging her back, smiling. "I love you, Sally..."

Krystal walked in, dropping RIver carefully on the first bed she came to. Pomfrey ran up, but got waved away- Krystal wouldnt even trust a teacher here at the moment.
'Riv? talk to me.' SHe said softly.
There was no responce, just the other girl blinking, staring at the ceiling.
'River? Damn it, girl, where are you?' Krystal muttered, at a loss with what to do

I'd come into the habit of checking up on the injured and praying for their speedy recovery. Today I was in for a shock,
