Went to see that new Snow White movie... I had an anxiety attack in the middle of it. :'(

Oh that sux! Sorry that happened. Are you alright now?

I'm better than I was, but now I'm kind of depressed, and irritated... I'm sick and tired of anxiety. Now I'm scared all the time that I'm going to die, and I constantly check my pulse and breathing... I'm so SICK OF IT!!! I'd rather have extreme depression than anxiety... :'(

Just stay calm, everything is alright now. Just focus on the moments where you don't have any anxiety problems. Each second is to be treasured.

OOC: Life is just so hard... It's hard to change the way I think after thinking like this for so long... That's how me and Jack are alike.

IC I open my eyes, having fallen asleep again in Crest's arms.

OOC I understand, Crouch and I are similar in a few respects as well. Not so much the abusive father but the judgment of society without cause. Just remember, only you can make the choice to change.

OOC I know... It's one reason I want to write a book. I think it will help me cope and heal... Me and Sam are almost EXACTLY alike. Everything negative she says to herself is what I say to myself... Role play is a way I cope, so I think that writing my book will be a turning point for me.
