First, assess threat. Amy's threat level currently was the highest. The dopplegangers could be dealt with, but this threat needed something special.

She was prepared for the blinding light this time as she swiped her wand causing shadows in engulf the light, the shadow seemed to creep along everything throwing at least a 50 foot radius in to pure darkness. "nice try, but you see your brothers have already used this on me and I've been working on my own counter spell.." she was stepping closer to him already she could smell his blood humming in his veins "I won't make the mistake of not draining you.."

IC When the spell connected with Nicolae it took effect immediately. She burst into several tiny specks.

Teddy let out another deep breath, for he had been holding it. He began sobbing again. I killed her... I killed my best friend.

I look around, I might not have my sense of sight, but I still had my sense of touch and hearing and I know exactly how to find her. I take out a small knife and cut my hand ever so little to draw blood.

ooc I'm really really bad at turn taking when I get in my Amy moment sorry... and OMDL why would you push a vampire Mer? lmao xD right now Amy is just enjoying fighting and messing with Strayers more than any actual purpose.. as her mind has slipped a little further into insanity.

IC Her hand knocked Amaya back as though swatting a fly "Little lamb you should know not to mess with a lion while she hunts." her voice was almost sing songish. The smell of blood filled her senses as her eyes turned a deep red as she headed towards the smell, it was like an aphrodisiac drawing her in dropping her defences a little as the blood lust took over.

Topher: After a lot of time being beaten by my father, I finally muster up the strength to look at him to cast bad luck on him, "I'm sorry dad, again..."

Mael: I smile at my son and pull him into a hug, "I know you are, and I forgive you for both times." With that I break into a coughing fit and crumble away, leaving my son once more.

Crouch: Things are going well, but perhaps I should buy more time just as a precaution. With that I ready the incantation again, until I hear...

Joachim: "Hey Crouch..." I walk right up to him.

Crouch: I grin crazily looking at him, "The mercenary, perfect. Help me in my fight with them and you shall be rewarded for your service."

Joachim: "Yeah you know, that all sounds well and good and everything, and trust me, it does, but I think my friends cost more than you have." With that I get onto all fours and turn into a chimera and lunge at him before he can finish the incantation.

Joachim. She'd learnt to recognise his shift, ears pricking as she turned towards him. Her head spun, but she staggered to her feet, knowing she'd be fine in a few minutes.

John was by her side again, curling a finger under her chin. 'He's going to get hurt...' he purred, snickering. 'And you can't do anything about it, you've become weak my daughter.'

'SHUT UP!' she hissed, turning to fight him instead, not realising that's exactly what he'd wanted.

She hears the fights in the background and turns to look, seeing joachim change and lunge at crouch.
'no.' I gasp, my eyes flicking from Artemis to crouch, not sure of what to do

Artemis: Joachim's actually fighting for the good side of his own free will. Perhaps I had not given him his due credit. In such case, I have to do what I can do for him and currently the best I can do is delay River while he fights. I try to get myself up enough to lunge myself at River and knock her off balance.

Topher: I run over to Amaya after I had control of myself again, "Need an eye here?"

The fight between Joachim and Crouch continues, with Crouch being overwhelmed by how much the first incantation took out of him.

Amaya hesitated, staring at the figure that took the likeness of her father. The way he spoke, how he addressed her, it seemed so real. 'I can't do it Topher, it's what he wants..' Half of her mind was still distracted on listening out for Joachim.

John cackled, revealing his set of decaying teeth as he lifted his wand. 'Come on Amaya... you know you want to.' He goaded, taunting her.
