'I already told you, you're stronger than the rest.' he carefully let his arms fall back to his sides, giving her a smile that was somewhat friendly. 'Don't go breaking on me.. okay?' a kiss on her other cheek was all he offered in goodbye, letting his lips linger for a moment.

"No chance of that, Lukas." I smirk and make my way out, walking better than before.

The boy paced around his growing array of plants, a satisfied smile creeping into his expression. This place had become his sanctum, his haven of flora. It was entirely lame too, but it was somewhere to distribute his temperament safely...

'no need for anger, nor fear now.' he reminded himself; it had become a mantra.

Kurdt entered the greenhouse.

"[Yes, this is the perfect place to think.]"

He carried on walking, believing himself to be alone, until he stopped in his tracks. Someone was standing over there,

"[How rude of me!]"

Kurdt approached the boy. "Hi."

'sup.' for now, Axel was hiding the fact his English speaking skills were slightly fragmented. His fingers were curled around the stem of a Venus flytrap, keeping the plant unusually lax.

"[Well this guy seems...interesting.]"

Couldn't help but stare at the boy's strange movements. The way he treated this plant was rather peculiar.

"What are you doing here?"

'I tend to plants, you?' The plant between his fingers stirred, but didn't prise open its potentially deadly mouth. Axel retracted his grip, watching as it then twitched, like it was stretching.

"I just needed some peace and quiet to think."

Kurdt was intrigued by this boy. He must know more about him.

"What's your name?"

"[Axel?]"

Kurdt thought he heard some hesitation in his voice. He still couldn't take his eyes off of how Axel was handling the plant.

"Nice to meet you Axel. My name's Kurdt." Kurdt had nearly almost completely forgot about the Teddy situation. Wait, there it was again.

"[Damn it brain.]"

OOC-Oh wow. You had to mention he's beautiful, didn't you?

Kurdt was gobsmacked; he never imagined this guy would be so beautiful judging from his voice. He knew it was rude, but he couldn't stop staring. He finally realised what he was doing, and managed to make himself stop.

"Yeah, that's right." Kurdt tried to recover from his blunder a few moments ago. He stared into Axel's charcoal eyes with green eyes of his own.

"[Teddy who?]"

have you seen my siggy? all of my characters are unbelievably gorgeous, save for Mer. She's plain-looking in a good way though

'You stare because I say something bad?' Axel thought back to what he'd said, had he made a mistake?' no, don't think so.

The boy broke out into an easy smile, reaching out and causing one of the flowers to bud with his imminent calmness. It was better than his alternative anyway...

OOC-Yeah, I saw them. Lukas reminds me of Taylor Lautner, so I don't like him

Kurdt was amazed at Axel's ability to cause flowers to bloom immediately! Axel seem more intriguing every second Kurdt spent with him.

"So, do you like plants Axel?"

"[Keep it cool Kurdt; you don't want to mess it up again.]"

Kurdt began to think that Teddy was a lost cause. Maybe he has a better chance with Axel?

ic Axel nodded, the soft smile appearing on his clean cut face again.'Yes, i have strange bond with plants. Make better company than people. they not judge.' his fingers coiled around this plant, repeating the movement he had done with the flytrap. This time the bud unfurled into a simple rose flower.

"Are the other students mean to you?"

Kurdt has already seen some of possibly the worst people he's ever seen in his short time at this school, so he wouldn't be surprised if they were.

Axel reminded Kurdt of someone he knew at one of his previous schools. Shame that Logan killed him, he was kinda cute...

'not really, i just not speak to others, it difficult with bad English.' he admitted, frowning. 'most bad people kicked out of school, by battle. People died to create peace here.' Axel spoke detachedly, hiding the pain in his voice.

Kurdt found that hard to believe; someone with a speech impediment in a school with students like Lukas and river and no one had been mean to him? Strange...

"Do you have many friends in school?"

For the moment, Kurdt cared for nothing except learning more about his new friend. He was beginning to forget Teddy altogether, and forgot that he needs to keep an eye on Logan.

'i new, so i keep Head down.' he clarified, basically telling Kurdt that nobody knew who he was. 'and yes, i have Phoenix and Joa-' he stammered, unable to say the last name. Axel had fallen out with Joachim, his lifelong friend. That needed to be rectified..

"I think I met Phoenix when I first got here, but we didn't talk much."

Kurdt suddenly realised.

"[Logan!]" He wasn't supposed to let his brother out of his sight, but he wanted to stay with Axel a little longer "[Logan, why do you make me choose?]"

"I'm sorry Axel, I've got to go."

Kurdt rushed out of the greenhouses, en route to the Ravenclaw Common Room.

"[Why do you have to mess things up for me Logan? Why can't you just stay with me?]"

The boy just blinked in response, he'd seen far more bizarre things whilst being at Hogwarts.

He paced around the various flora and fauna, wondering how close he'd been to regretting Sophie's death..

nowhere close enough i guess, im not dead yet. he snickered to himself, finally settling beside a venus flytrap.

'Well, this is a change from our normal senery.' Lethe said, stepping out from behind a large plant

'Yeah, anyone who actually gives a shit about what i do might notice the change.' he scoffed, sticking his fingers in the flytrap's mouth, like he'd done when he was with Pixie.

Pixie...

pfft. I carried that woman drunk the last time i saw her.
