There was something quietly comforting about the fact Pixie gave in to him, like he did to her. They both knew this... whatever it was was there, and it didn't matter that they should be disliking each other.

His arms coiled tighter around her waist, possessive yet protective.

He kissed her until he was physically breathless, eerily wishing in that moment he could give her more, but he had to stop. Up close, his eyes seemed to fleck shades of yellow and gold, blending together like streams of sunlight.

'..satisfied?' it was all he could ask.

'I hope so.' one hand remained curled around her waist, whilst the other fell to stroking her hair, feeling the red strands between his fingertips. His motions were soft, almost normal with her.

'May I ask a question?'

'Hmm.' he paused, trying to form it in words. 'You're as fierce as i am, probably even more so. You're strong, stubborn, temperamental..' a smile was forming on his lips again.

'Just like me.'
