She found herself more relaxed around plants, but she couldn't help but feel shaken at the lack of her family at Hogwarts. For once, Meredia was truly alone.

It frightened her.

Her hands twined around a fluffy-feeling plant, and it made her smile slightly, wondering what it must look like. Meredia was futilely trying to ignore the worries and doubts in her mind, she was beginning to falter..
where is everyone? why have they left me?

Not only did I fail to end Crouch, I made him stronger, and now he had Jack. I needed to get my thoughts together.

Meredia remained entirely calm, she wasn't one for picking fights.
