Azkaban Prison

I laugh. 'Thats a bit unfair. keeping my bad side just for you.'

He laughed. "I find that perfectly fair."

I smile and lean my forhead against his. 'Well, you better come home soon then if you want to ruin my reputaion.'

"I'll be home tomorrow."

'Ill hold you to that.'

He smiled. "I shan't break this promise love." He sighed and looked outside the cell. "You should go soon. They'll do their rounds soon."

I sigh and stand up, walking to the door. 'Love you.'

"Love you too."

I smile, worried, at him before leavin the cell, leaving the prison.

He hid Artemis' wand up his pants leg and sat down. "Bring it on Azkaban."

He was curled up in the back corner of his cell, his knees were up against his chest and his eyes were closed. He hadn't moved since River had visited him. He just couldn't find the will to do anything. The dementors had taken all his hope.

If it weren't for the press of the wand against his leg he would have totally given up on life. However, that little pressure kept him grounded.

Slowly, for the first time in at least two days, he raised his head from his knees and looked out at the dementors beyond the bars of his cell. A slow meticulous smile formed on his chapped lips. His patience would pay off in just a few minutes or so.

Yes guards would be amazing. Don't hate, she was just trying to free her husband like the loving wife she is

thomas the guard was not immune to the effects of dementors, anymore than the prisoners he protects. But he's found a couple of corridors and hallways that were less guarded than others and he made a point to get to these areas first.

"Time for the fun to begin," he murmured to no one in particular. He slowly rose to his feet. His whole body was sore from staying in the same position for a few days. He lazily stretched before reaching down to pull the wand from his pants leg.

He twirled the wand between his fingers before smiling again.

He shot a spell towards the outside wall. Just before the spell impacted the cement he whispered, "Boom."

"The hell?!" The explosion had shaken the corridor I was in like the throat of a yawning giant.

Whatever happened, I better find out what. I whip out my wand and run the same direction all the dementors seemed to be flying.

He turned and threw his patronus, a jackal, towards the oncoming dementors. The small fox-like creature warded them off easily as Death smiled.

He turned back to the sizable hole he busted through the wall. The wind whipped his shaggy hair around his face. He raise the wand again and cast a summoning spell.

Fighting the recently created wind tunnel, I point my wand at the prisoner, "Stupefy!"

He ducked the spell. Turning around he cursed the existence of Aurors. "Avada Kedavra!" he retaliated.

Want the guard to croak?

No, I don't want Death to ever actually kill someone.

The guard has to thank his own clumsiness for granting him the ability to see tomorrow.

He groaned in frustration. Why couldn't his broom hurry up?

He looked back out at the raging sea around the prison. He wouldn't risk a jump.

The guard stumbles to get to his feet as other less-than-vigilant guards start crowding inside..
