Reading through the letter, looking through the files, everyone who had seen it could tell there was something up.
This could be interesting for you too see. Focus on River.
thats what they did. Reading carefully through the files then looking up what else they could about the family, they had started a list....
All they needed was proof.

Subject: Rowan Jones Mon May 07, 2012 8:56 pm

She sits in her office, her feet kicked up on the table, savouring a mug of coffee. Jones sighs. "This is the life... Nice and relaxed..."

A tapping at the window attracts her attention. Swearing under her breath, she swings her feet down and strides over to the window. Jones carefully opens the window with one hand while holding her coffee in the other.

Rain pelts in her face, and the crash of thunder meets her ears. "Dang it," she mutters. An owl flaps through the gap and splatters water on the floor. "I just had that cleaned, you feathered menace!" Jones scowls and takes the leader. The owl hoots at her in a disgruntled fashion before flying off again. Jones slams the window and goes back to her desk.

Jones reads the letter through once then shouts, "THE HELL?" She slams the soaked parchment on her desk angrily. "He got out? After I almost broke my bloody ankle catching him? Aw, hell."

So you know too? at least the other two refused bail and they're staying put. Merlin knows why.

Jones crumples up the parchment and throws it into the already overflowing bin. "I was looking forward to a holiday... Nothin' special, just a weekend away or somethin'."

"Damn right..." She looks around her tiny office and wrinkles her nose at the state it's in. "You know, I'm starting to wonder if this is really the job for me... Dunno what else I'd do, though."

Jones laughs. "I think they'd kick me out after a day. I'd be too messy for them..." She looks at him. "I wonder... I used to wonder whether I'd be a good teacher, or somethin' along those lines... I wonder if Hogwarts has any vacancies?"

She lightly punches his shoulder. "You should come with me! Sure, maybe teaching isn't right, but Hogwarts could always use some more security. Instead of almost breaking my unicornin' leg runnin' after some bloke, maybe we could take care of Hogwarts. I heard there's been somethin' funny goin' on there lately."

IC: Jones leaves her half-drunk coffee on her desk and packs what little she needs into a backpack. "I'll send an owl when we get there. I'm sure the boss won't mind if it's for Hogwarts. The new generation and all that." She rolls her eyes.
