They may be gone, but their opponents aren't!

And speaking of which, let's take a look at who's left!
Medusa vs Amaimon
Sebastian vs Tuxedo Mask
Gaara vs Zero Kiryu
the Conclusion of Death the Kid vs Alucard
Franken Stein vs Eren Jaegar

Quite a lineup! And so far, Death the Kid seems to be the fan favorite in his match with Alucard! But it looks like Alucard is about to unleash his full power! But will it be enough to best the son of the grim reaper! Only time will tell!

And speaking of fan favorites, Medusa seems to have gained quite a following in this tournament! I'll be honest, viewers, I thought as soon as Orochimaru brought out Manda it would be all over but she pulled it out of the bag! Cinderella story right there, that'll warm your heart!

And how about Gaara taking out Kenpachi! That was an unbelievable match! It was Gaara's speed that won him the day there! Kenpachi may be a demon of strength, but that doesn't amount to much if Gaara could strike him down first!

And Goku winning against Grell by a hair... or rather burning his hair. I think the super saiyan is still confused about what exactly went on in that fight! If Grell's goal was to confuse him, it definitely worked.

And I never expected Rin to triumph over Kaneki. But Rin will need more than blue flames to win in his next fight.

Zuko winning by default was quite expected too.

But enough jabbering, how about an interview with one of our winners?

Who do you wanna interview?

"And joining us this evening is Gaara of the Sand!"

He sat opposite of the interviewer in the traditional garb of the Kazekage, minus the hat. He nodded in acknowledgment of the introduction and gave a small smile. "Hello."

"So Gaara, How does it feel to be the very first winner on this tournament?"

"It's nice to know that I won, but I can't let that get to me. I still have a long way to go, especially if I want to win. And I do want to win."

"Well you have a fan base rooting for you buddy! Oh yeah were you worried at all going against Kenpachi or did you know you had it in the bag?"

"I learned a long time ago to never underestimate your opponent."

"Do you have any words you'd like to say to your next opponent, Zero Kiryu?"

He pondered this for a moment before speaking. "No. Threats and trash talk before a fight is pointless to me. Anything that I'll wish to say to him can be said in the arena."

"Alright well good luck out there Gaara! We'll be rooting for you!"

"So that was Gaara everyone! Let's have our next guest!" (Anyone else volunteer? :3)
