The Nuel Household

Jack arrives back with Eugene, forcing Vanessa onto the couch, where Sally is still cradling Sarah's soul.  "It's been wavering, Jack... Her soul..."  Sally says with a sob.

"Well now that we have the host, we can reverse the process once we have research."

Vanessa tries to stand up and run out.

Jack grips her with his mind, forcing her back down.

"Ow!" Vanessa yells at him as she's kept in place on the seat, "Stop it!"

Eugene looks at Jack, "Perhaps she should be sedated, or at least locked in a room..."

Jack nods, "I'll be right back..."  He goes to the basement where his lab is, bringing back up a sedative.

"Oh good choice!" Eugene praises as he recognizes the formula.

Vanessa looks at the sedative fearfully, "Wh..what is that?"

Jack injects it in her, "A chemical to make sure you don't run off..."

Vanessa yells out, "No, please stop it now..." But her protests cease as her body starts to go completely stiff and she finds herself a prisoner in her own body.

"Alright, now how do we reverse it?"

"First we need to contact Casimir, tell him we have his daughter and offer her safety for his research on the spell he used..."

"Then let's contact the bastard already!!!"

"He'll probably take you more seriously, my owl will know where to go!"

Jack writes a letter.

Casimir,


We have your bitch Vanessa.  Give us the information we want and she will be unharmed.  You have no idea the things I'm capable of...

Casimir's reply came to them as quickly as his went, it was messy and rushed, the true handwriting of a mad mind.

"Jack,I know not what you hope to gain from this, but tell me the information you wish and I'll give it. Just give her back to me!"

There was a long wait for the next letter, but the wait was worth it as a parcel came with research as to how he made the spell, along with a letter.

"That will give you all you need. Don't hurt my daughter."

Jack opens the notes immediately, not replying back.

OOC Give me a second, I want to make something truly epic for this

Eugene looked through the notes, carefully studying them from every source and cross referencing them with other research he'd done.

"Hmmm..." His mind was in overdrive, as though reading an incomprehensible dead language. His speciality was in the human biology, not spirituality. 

He read the inscriptions aloud,
"Two pieces"
Flesh and Soul
Two beings
Same but different
Blood of the same
Difference of the mother
Ut transitus fiat anima

The words you need
Oblivion to the vacated
Salvation to the guest.."

Eugene read the phrases over and over, sure he had missed something. Along with the inscription was diagrams and theories of his research to creating the spell. 

"Something is missing..." Eugene concluded.

Jack slams his fist on the table in frustration, "What the hell could be missing?!! "

"For example..." He pulled out one of the diagram, "according to the riddle and this diagram, they seem to be implying that only cousins can be subjected to this spell. Yet my study of your genealogy tells me that is not possible as Vanessa would have to have Sally's blood."

"Furthermore, where it begins to suggest the spell's mental and physical requirements, it just... cuts out. The page is torn! It would be impossible to replicate without this knowledge!"
