Immortal's Mansion

"You asked for this..." He warned as he drew his first invention, what looked like an iron pencil. But this pencil held a special property, as he slide it across the air it shot a silver line of energy toward Lawfiet the exact length of the stroke.

"Wind...to me." Lawfiet whispered, and wind spiraled around her, blocking the strokes
"I'll consider you worthy when you can move me from this spot."

"You asked for it buddy..." He knew he didn't have to go easy anymore. And he knew just how to win. He pulled out of his bag what appeared to be just a clump of feathers, he threw them into the air, letting the wind catch them.

Soon they would detonate  after they got close to him.

IOC LAWFIET IS A GIRL!

The wind picked up in speed, slowly shredding the feathers in the vortex
"Laughable" she replied

OOC -Slaps forehead- Sorry!

"Good thing the feathers were the explosives..." Artisan smirked as he knew the feathers contained small little pellets that would be released.

And with the pellets came...

BANG!!!

She reappeared behind him in an instant
"Honestly, are you trying?"

He smirked at her, "I didn't have to, but I did get you to move... game set match."

"No you didn't."
Lawfiet vanished into thin air, still standing in front of him
"It's funny how you were so easily fooled...by a clone."

His hand dug into his bag again to pull out a vial with a sickly yellow liquid. Wind was clearly her element so he needed a way to either ground her or use the wind to his advantage.

The latter option didn't work the last time, so this would probably do the trick. He opened the vial and emptied the contents at her feet. This substance, once applied to an object would act like flypaper to her, keeping her completely stuck to it. Usually only a drop or two would be needed for this, but he used enough to ground a dragon.

Lawfiet gazed at her feet, then back at Artisan
"Your clever human..." She whipped up furious cyclones, sending them towards him
"But I don't need to move to show you whose superior."

"And I don't need my inventions to beat you..." He threw his bag off to the side and started to run towards her with borderline recklessness, only wavering to dodge the cyclones.

"Enough of this" Lawfiet mused, pinning him down with needles form from high pressure winds.
"The difference between me and you is a lot greater than you think."

"You're right, you're not even close to me!"

She starts to choke him, taking away oxygen
"You have it backwards...your nowhere close to me."

"Y..yeah? Then why didn't you just crush me a long time ago?" He mocked with his last achievable breath.

Lawfiet removed her booted foot
"Because you aren't worth it, that, and at least I have enough decency to not kill friends."

"Friends huh? You got a funny way of showing it, you know that?"

Lawfiet started to walk out
"I never said you were my friend..."

"Can you put that in a memo and entitled it 'things I m glad about?'" He stuck out his tongue to the leaving immortal.

"Jesus, Crest is a fricken birthday clown next to that!"

Oliver came over, knowing Artisan wouldn't like the notion of being helped up
"Lawfiets just really serious, for good reason actually."

"What, she got a swarm of bugs up her ass?" He asks as he stands up and brushed himself off, still sore from his battle.

Oliver's eyes went menacing
"Don't joke about it, she was beat down by show offs at a young age. She relishes shattering egos and she does everything she can to keep her rank as one of the most menacing of us all."

"Yeah well..." He tried to come up with a cheeky retort, but remembered his early days of when everyone would put him down and he had only himself to validate himself. Needless to say, his ego hide most if not all of this insecurity.

"Still ain't cool to knock someone down just for liking themselves..."

"Liking?" Oliver replied surprised at his word choice "I bet you'd kiss a picture of yourself!"

"No I don't!" He yelled out as though offended.

He mutters under his breath, "The mirror would get jealous..."
