Room of Requirement

"Well you have some serious potential." He gestured to the shattered object that the room was now cleaning up. "If you can do that without a wand and without words you can be one of the most powerful witches of all time."

Jenna's eyes widened
"Really?" The thought of that made Jenna step back a bit "I didn't know other witches couldn't do that..." Jenna thought this wouldn't make anymore sense so...
"Um Teddy? I'm not, well, a real witch." She said awkwardly

Her confession caught him a bit off guard, but he was determined to keep an open mind. "Okay, well then, what are you exactly, if not a witch?"

She shook her head
"I said that wrong. What I MEANT was I'm only half witch. My other half is..." She hesitated, then opened her mouth a bit showing tiny fangs

"You're a vampire!?" He squealed in excitement. "Oh my god, that's so amazing!"

Jenna retreated a bit
"It is? Wow, your the first person to tell me that." She smiled a bit

"Yeah! I've never actually seen a real vampire before, so this is pretty amazing." He didn't want to seem rude though and start asking her a bunch of questions so he left it at that.

"Oh, well, here you are! I, I guess." She laughed nervously, pulling her black hair behind her shoulders
"I'm so used to just fighting like a vampire so, I never really bothered with my witchy half. But thanks for letting me come in here."

"My pleasure. Right, so, we're going to start with some basic spells. Try turning this stone into wood." He motioned to a stone on a table that just appeared.

For a couple seconds I just stared at the stone, trying to remember how it was that I focused magic. Then I shut my eyes, thinking about nothing but turning that stone into a piece of wood.
And when I opened my eyes, there it was. Wood.
...In the form of a stake. Of course. Way to go Jenna, couldn't keep that out of my head could I?

"Maybe I should have specified. With your wand."

My face whitened, to a paleness I swore was unnatural even for vampires. I shrank back
"I...don't have one"

"You- you don't have one?" That was odd for anyone in the wizarding community.

I shook my head
"Nope, and for as long as I've known, I could always do magic without one."

"Okay. Well for now we'll go ahead without one, but you probably should get one soon. You'd be a lot more accurate."

He willed a dueling dummy into existence. "Fight it. I want to see how good you are at dueling."

Following her instincts, Jenna lunged at vampire speed, incorporating magic into all of her punches

He watched her attack with concentration. She was very fast and her magical abilities plus her physical abilities made her an incredible opponent.

She finished off the dummy and looked at him
"How was that?"

"Oh my god, I don't think I'd be able to help you get any better. You're way better than I am."

Jenna rubber her head nervously
"I don't think of be as great if I wasn't half vampire."

"But you are, so use that to your advantage." He was sincere in his words. She was an amazing witch and she had magical abilities that he could only dream of.

Jenna stopped
"But aren't you only allowed to use magic in a duel?"

He shrugged. "Essentially, that's how it was supposed to be. Most people don't follow those rules anymore. They use everything they have in dueling."

"Oh, okay" Jenna replied quickly
"I've been hearing about this since I got here um" she traced the red streaks in her hair with her fingers "what're death eaters?"

"They're very bad, very dark witches and wizards. They're cruel and corrupt. They follow someone who goes by the name Lord Voldemort, he's also known as He Who Must Not Be Named or You-Know-Who. People don't like to say his name.

"The group of Death Eaters that you will probably interact with are the second generation of Death Eaters. You should try and not interact with them, especially Crouch. He's crazy, he'll kill you or worse with no hesitation." He shook his head. "Don't mess with them unless you know you can handle it. They don't mess around."
