OOC lol I've yet to find a single band that matches all my guys

xD  I don't listen to a lot of bands.  I have the most music from Flyleaf and My Chemical Romance on my phone.

Cool!   So... What now?

When Phoenix entered, she carefully lowered Eugene onto one of the beds before cutting the spell. Then she became a flurry of movement; first, she wrote a quick letter in hasty scribbles before sending it off; then she began using what she knew about healing to create a salve to ease any pain.

Eugene's lungs no longer felt like charcoal as easier breath came back to him.

When it was done, Phoenix gave a little flick of her wand to get the salve steadily spreading across Eugene's skin, while she turned her attention to the next mix.

OOC: Np, ttyl

I barge in after getting Phoenix's letter, looking very angry and concerned.  "What happened?!"

"There was a fight," she replied, glancing up from her task. "I wasn't there, but when I heard I came straight away and found..." Phoenix inhaled sharply, nudging her emotions behind a wall for now. "We both thought it would be a good idea to call you. I don't know nearly enough to heal him, but you might, and he trusts you."

"My wife would be better for that job... She's a professional doctor an has healing powers..."

Eugene groans as he lays down, each movement harming him.

OOC You guys can go ahead, Eugene can't do much but groan

Krsytal walked into the room, scanning it before staying still

Phoenix could have hugged Jack, she was so relieved. "Do you think you could contact her?"

"She should be around here somewhere, she's always helping students in here..."

"Okay... I think I spoke to her a while ago, actually." Phoenix made an attempt at a smile, but it fell flat. "Her help would be greatly appreciated."

Just then, Sally walks into the room, gasping when she sees Eugene, "Oh my, what happened?!"

"There was a fight, I wasn't present for it." Phoenix set down the mix she'd been working on, twisting her fingers into the edge of her shirt instead. Now that there was someone more capable there, she found herself struggling to continue, and anyway she needed to devote her attention to the conversation. "Crouch again. Whatever he did must've been something to do with fire, judging by his condition."

"Oh my..." I sit down by Eugene, "Where was he hit? This is a spell, I assume?"

She shrugged, fiddling with her shirt anxiously. "I don't know. I wasn't there. I wish I had been." Phoenix gritted her teeth and closed her eyes briefly, then opened them again and continued. "I assume it's a spell? I don't know where the impact was, but it looks like it just spread." It would be helpful if Eugene could tell them, but there was no way in hell Phoenix was going to let him strain himself.

I trace it back to where it looks the worst, gently placing my hands on it. "This is extremely severe, so it will take a long time to heal..."

"Is there anything I can do?" Phoenix didn't want to hover uselessly; she wanted to be of use.

I think, knowing that she wants to help in whatever way possible.  "Would you like to feed him every day?  He'll need the food and water..."

She nodded, some small amount of relief passing over her features. "Of course. I wasn't planning on leaving until he's better anyway."

I nod, giving her a small smile, trying to lighten up the mood, even though this was a terrible tragedy.  "It's good you got him here..."  

Jack:  I'm in the back, my eyes twitching with an insane anger.  "When I get my hands on Crouch... Stab him... Kill him..."  I mutter.

Phoenix lightly touched the back of Eugene's hand before retreating, giving Sally space to work. She moved over to Jack's side, and now that her back was turned to Eugene, a hard look had taken over her features. "You and me both," she growled.
