Honora Castellum

"My home.... But I'm sure I already know where she is..." Jack starts pulling on his hair, trying to rip it out out of anger and hatred for himself.

"Calm down..." He grabbed his hands and forced them to his side to stop him. "Tell me where?" Crest would save Sally, and ensure Sam and his future family was safe...

"Wherever Crouch is..."

"Only place he could be hiding out would be his home.  But even he'd be crazy to hide there since he knows I know where it is..."

"I know why he took her..." He starts to scratch his arms until he draws blood.  "I poisoned him... He wants an antidote that I haven't made..."

He gripped his hands together, "Stop it Jack. Self harm will not help."

"Did Raven give you any means to contact her?"

"No... But she probably will...."

"How long ago was it that you first administered it and how long does it last?" A plan was starting to form in Crest's mind on how to save Sally, stop Crouch for good and take down Raven...

"Almost a day ago... It lasts two days..."

OOC Is 2 days too short? Should I make it 3 or 4?

"I see..." Only a day. That was their time frame, "Any idea how long it'd take to make the cure?"

OOC IDK I think it's fine

"Quite a few hours..."

"Here's my thinking. Go home, start preparing something, doesn't have to be a cure just a vial full of some liquid." 

"Wait until Raven contacts you, give her the vial. I'll use my shadow mimicry spell to attach to the vial. Raven will take me to Crouch and Sally, I'll defeat them both, return with Sally and Raven and leave Crouch to his fate..."

"Alright...."  Tears continue to stream down Jack's face.  He failed to protect her... Again...

"Jack... what's happened has happened. The present and future is what matters now." He told him in an odd combination of practicality and comforting.

Jack nods, leaving to go make the antidote.

Crest looks at Sam, "Can you stay here?" He kissed her on the cheek. "Please?"

Sam nods.  "Yes."  She kisses him.

"Thank you... I'm just worried about you, both of you." He left after Jack.

In one of the deepest sanctums of Honora Castellum was Crest's main office. Filled with practice dummies and a large wall of stone covered with newspaper bits from the Daily prophet with nets of strings that linked one photo to the next and seemed to keep growing and expanding by magic. 

Crest sat down at his desk and opened the new daily prophet.

I walked slowly around the room, gazing up at the walls and pictures.

"You read this?" He showed her the paper that detailed the death of Chezhekov, the wizard crime lord.

'You think its important? I would have thought being a crime lord was a dangerous job.'

"That's exactly why they thought it would go unnoticed. Who takes a second glance at a dead crime lord?"

"But this was them I know it..." He spoke of this with a nearly pathological obsession with it, as he took the paper over to his wall and pinned it up.

"But what interest would ex-Death Eaters have with a crime lord? He's supported them for years..."
