The Forbidden Forest

"Oh please..." He takes another inhale of his pipe.

'What?'

"Whats the point of having a heart? That crap doesn't stay forever. Nothing does except good ole reliable dinero..."

'Theres point because having a heart gives you hope. It can make you smile when it looks like theres nothing to smile about. A heart can keep you warm when your freezing. What can money do? Someones heart can remember you long after you are gone...money just slips into someone elses hands.'

"Yeah well, the last time I cared 'bout someone, didn't pan out so good for yours truly.."

'It doesnt always. But you shouldnt just give up.'

"Give up? I've GIVEN up sister. Try working for the guy that iced your pops and tell me if you want to care about shit..." He took a deeper puff from the pipe, seeming to grip it a little tighter.

'What do you know about me, Chimmy?' She asks softly. 'Because if anyone shouldnt care, its me. But i do, because i know that i need my heart to live...or i wouldnt be able to go on.'

"What do you have to be all depressio about? Ya got friends ya break your ass for."

'I used to have 4 siblings. now only one is left, and he doesn even talk to me. I came to hogwarts to destroy River, ad in saving her, I had to give up my brother. I dont fit in and i dont have friends. I dont let anyone close enough to me to let them become frineds.'

"And this is the part where I give ya some heartfelt tale 'bout my life right?"

"Well there ain't crap to tell ya! Okay so I wanted to stay with my pops and family and they got axed cept me and my sis who vanished? Yeah, I was forced to work for the guy to pay dad's debt?" He looked truly saddened by the last bit and the next bit more so as he stared reminiscently at his pipe, "So a damn pipe is all I got left of 'em? Big fricken whoop."

'I think you care a lot more than you et people think. You fill your live with insults and sexest comments and money o try and stop cring.'

"If that helps you sleep at night, why not?"

"I gots a pretty long resume of VERY satisfied dames if ya catch my drift..." He winked at her, "so got that goin' for me.."
