The Forbidden Forest

"Curses are such fun, don't you think? That feeling of inevitability?"

I chuckle
"True true, but my son is a different story. Same is said for all of my sons and daughters."

I smirk at the thought, "More than one say you? I don't suppose any of them would happen to be good at fire would they?"

She was on her feet in no time standing between the two guys "Brogan.. you need to calm down.."

Brogan: "No, I'm not letting this loser touch you again,"

Joachim: "I'm the loser huh? What's with your face huh? Bald and Ugly, what a combo!"

I was suspicious as to why he was asking but even if he knew there was little he could do with it.
"That would be my second Son Elijah."

Blue eyes narrowed at Chimmy "Shut it Joachim! before I shut it for you.." her hair was fading slowly to an inky black as glared at him, fury bubbling inside her.

Crouch: "Oh I see... and would you describe the two of you as close?"

Joachim: "Alright alright..." I raise my hand in surrender

"I'm relatively close to all of my children, Elijah in particular yes because of similar interests. He was always more like me..."
I stop myself before I say anymore.

"good.. now if you don't mind.." it was all she felt necessary to say hoping he would take the hint to leave her and Brogan alone.

Crouch: "I'd love to meet him..."

Joachim walks away as Brogan glares at him like a predator chasing an intruder off his territory.

She didn't watch Chimmy her eyes on Brogan "I'm really sorry about that." her hair was finally going back to blue as she calmed down.

"You're not really considering going with that trash do you?"

"I've already been down that road once.. all it did was lead to some serious depression."

"He doesn't look like the type of guy who takes a message..."

She sighed a little "he's definitely stubborn..but then again so am I.." she ran her fingers through her hair "It's frustrating really.. his rebound dumps him and he thinks I'm just going to take him back at the drop of a hat."

"That idiot doesn't deserve you. I ought to twist his arm for hurting you."

She smiled "it's sweet of you to say that, but I'd rather not see you hurt anyone really."

"He deserves it though..."

"Can we just talk about something else?" her voice was almost desperate for the subject change.

I scowl into the distance but nod my head.

James:
I grin a bit
"Actually, you don't have to wait for that." I broaden my voice so it's like I'm talking to someone else
"Come out Elijah, I know your following me, again."

Elijah:
Damn it. I jump down from my seclusion in the trees
"And still doing so, Father he's dangerous." I slightly point to Crouch

James:
Chuckling, I glance to Crouch
"And you think I'm unaware of this? Cool your flame Elijah, he couldn't harm me if he wanted too."

Her eyes seemed fixated on the ground now "sorry..."

"It's not your fault, it's his."

"Oh I remember you..." I stare at Elijah, "We never got the chance to properly chat..."
