"Whoa!" Death ducked and dodged most of the oncoming spells. "What is with you and your weird devices? It's not natural."

The sudden outburst left Kevin light-headed and a little unsteady on his feet. "K-Kevin Nott."

"You're right, it's unnaturally awesome! Like me!"

"A nott says you? I've trained some in your line..."

Death rolled his eyes. This guy couldn't be serious. He was worse than Ahriman.

Hey, I resent that!


Death just went back to shooting various hexes and curses at the annoying, egotistical man.

"I don't know anyone other than my mom and dad," Kevin said softly. "Do you know anyone else?"

Some artisan was forced to dodge, some he sent back with the staff and other he redirected back. The bottom end of the staff seemed best suited for defense and the top part seemed to be where most of the spells came from.

"I've probably trained a couple of your cousins most likely. "

He threw up a sturdy shield and sighed. He was bored again. "Okay, okay. Knock it off. Go away."

"I have family other than mom and dad!?" He was excited about the wonderful news. "Can I meet them? Are they like me?"

Artisan paused.he caught his breath, "running out of juice?"

In truth crouch hadn't seen these apprentices in years (they were former rpers on here) and he didn't even know how to get ahold of the, anymore. "Certainly..."

IC Death shook his head. "No, you're just boring me. I'm done playing with you. Go away."

"Really!?" Kevin was practically bouncing.

"Did you hear that Joshua, I get to meet others!"

Joshua smiled slightly, keeping his eyes on Crouch. "Yeah, I heard buddy. I don't think we should trust him though. You know what Sapphire said, people can be deceiving."


"Don't be such a killjoy Joshua."

Amy and her new found hunting partner appeared in a dark alley off of any main roads, but she knew where to go her feet leading her more out of habit "so I take it before you were sealed away you were pretty well traveled... ."

"No actually, I mainly followed the migration of the tribes... and they were limited."

"Hmm.. I guess that does make sense... different time and all. Hell everything has changed immensely since I was made."

"What time period were you created in?" He shifted his eyes back and forth to check on who looked like the most flavorful meal.

" the sixteen hundreds..good time I think. I got to watch the world evolve. '' her own eyes were scanning over the people this side always had a nice variety. Not to mention most o the people were intoxicated making it all the sweeter

"I truly have been gone a long time..." He marveled as he watched the pedestrians. "It appears they have drank the wasichu beverage..."

" it has a lot of different names now.. alcohol, booze, naughty water ... the list goes on, but it doesn't change that it makes them easier targets."

The beast in human flesh sniffed the air, as though it were a bloodhound finding a fresh scent.

She grinned noticing a girl in her twenties slumped over half out o it and the cocky looking guy not for from her "so we can either make this fun or easy.. your choice."

"Easy of course! A quick kill is best!"

She grinned "waste girl it is." With that he stepped over to the dark haired girl it took very little coaxing to get her to follow Amy with a dazed look.

The wendigo sniffed her once she was near and was nearly sent reeling, "she's rancid smelling..."

Amy nodded "that's what liquor does...vodka if I'm not mistaken."she balance the girl as she wobbled on heels much too high for her frame.

"There's another scent too, like some sort of plant she's rubbed on her skin..."

"More like inhaled through her lungs... I'm going to be stoned as hell drinking from this one."
