Heather is out in one of her few disguises, pretending to read a newspaper, while really watching others in their daily routine.

Topher was out to help get some supplies for his mother. He was happy to have her back in his life again, but he felt a bit uncomfortable in the formal wear his social class expected of him. He'd much rather had a hooded sweatshirt jacket, normal shirt and jeans.

Suits felt like a strait jacket on him, and he would know. He wore one thanks to Heather, and their comfort levels were on par with each other.

Heather spots Topher, tilting her head to the side, a bit surprised seeing him wearing a suit.

Topher glanced over at the stranger looking at him..

Something about that tilted head... seems familiar...


"Yo..."

Heather gives a nod, wondering if he knows.

"This the most sunshine you get when you're not takin' sane folks?" He offered sarcastically as he raised an eyebrow.

Heather folds the newspaper and puts it on her lap, looking up at Topher with her unemotional gaze.  "If you're trying to get me of all people to laugh, that's not going to work."

"Not really, just wonderin' what poor soul you're after this time and I'm thinking of how many ways I can stop ya from doin' it..."

"I'm simply observing others... I'm curious, what ways would you even try that you think would succeed?"

"Well most of them start with 'Kick your ass...' and then the rest of it ends with a different object within immediate reach."

Heather resists a smirk, "Would you really hit a woman?  The way your dressed, it doesn't seem likely..."

"Way I figure it, as soon as a woman locks me up in an asylum, it's fair game.."

"Well, there's that, and the fact that your mother is planning to try and take me down... So she wouldn't care much at all if you beat me to a pulp."

"Come again?" She had told him nothing of this, she was going to face Heather? Why hadn't she told him?!

Heather writes his reaction down in her mind, "She actually came to me and told me that she's going to try her best and get me arrested."  She tilts her head to the side, "I figured she would have told you..."

"Must've slipped her mind..."
