Alistar cursed at him for one knowing his weakness, and two, thinking that he was about strength only. Using the Crow did require a huge amount of brains, but he was purely focused on destroying the clones or better yet, Crouch himself. But the curse was dangerous and he was on borht of his knees in severe pain.

Gamsey nodded, darting his eyes from Alistar to Topher.
"Do it quick man! Alistar's on his last stand!"

"Okay, Gamsey, just attack the clones I look at! Ill cast bad luck on them, hopefully they won't multiple that way!"

I arrive in France, looking around for this "H".

H couldn't believe how his plans had go awry. Sure, he had ruined Honora Castellum, but now his hopes of getting Crest back were shot.

Unless... he goes back on his path of revenge, seeks me out and I turn him that way. I had hoped to avoid doing that, but a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

I notice someone with a mask, having a gut feeling that it's him, "H!"

H turned to face her, "Oh hello McKenna..." He greeted her pleasantly even though he had just destroyed the only Strayer stronghold.

"Tell me who you are..."  I say, having my suspicions about him.  There's no doubt that he's a rogue Strayer, but... He could be who I think he is, no matter how impossible it sounds.

"If I wanted that to be common knowledge, would I wear a mask? Seriously, how many people are going to ask me that?" He asked as though it was the stupidest question on earth.

"I'm not asking, I'm demanding.  Take off the mask."

"I'm glad you think knowing my identity would give you some sort of superiority over me, but it really won't."

He chuckled, "You always tried to emulate Crest haven't you?"

"I'm not looking for superiority, I need to know who you are!"

"Does it hurt you? How you've tried to comfort him for years and he hardly even speaks to you?" He spoke condescendingly, while walking towards her in challenge.

"Like you care about that..."  That voice... It sounds so much like him, just older.

"I do actually... after all, what are brothers for?"

"Helm..."  I knew it, "Why did you leave us like that?!"  My face is a mix of shock, relief, anger, and sadness, all in one.

H took his mask off at once, revealing his face. "Leave you? To leave something you must first be apart of it..." He turned his back to her, "And I was NEVER apart of you."

"I mean Crest and I!  Do you have any idea how much you hurt us?!"

"Yes... and I do apologize for leaving you both. However I had no choice. Crest needed me dead to fulfill Progenitor's orders and I needed to vanish... it was really the only thing to do."

"And you couldn't talk to either of us?!  Not even me?"

He reached forward and hugged McKenna, "I'm sorry McKenna, but let me make it up to you by freeing you and Crest..."

The hug takes me by so much surprise that it takes me a few seconds to register what he just said.  "Wait... What do you mean 'set us free'?"

"The Strayers are in shambles now... soon they'll be a distant memory... a faded scar on you both. Think sister, what has been the cause of all your suffering than the family ways?"

"Well, you 'dying' didn't really help anything!"

"I can only apologize so many times, McKenna... besides, I'm sure you had to suppress your feelings while with them, yes?"

"......"  I think about it, speechless, knowing that he's right about that.
