Both of them nodded thankfully towards Topher and Agatha.
"We're honored that we were able to help." Alistar said, Gamsey half smiled

"I didn't actually do anything I just took a curse to the chest." He looked down at his burnt shirt, "good thing I'm already dead..."

"Really? That's kinds cool!" Topher smiled like a teenager who just met a famous superhero.

"Is there anything I can get either of you?" Agatha implored Alistar.

Gamsey laughed a bit
"Yeah I guess" he replied, a bit of sadness in his voice. He liked that Topher thought it was cool not to die but really, if Gamsey could explain it he would say it isn't all peachy keen not being among the living OR the dead.

Alistar waved off Agatha's offer
"That's kind of you but no thanks, I don't want to abuse being your guest."

"You both saved my life, without you two I wouldn't be here. NOTHING is an abuse on your status as my guest..." She smiled kindly at him.

"I'm guessing it ain't all a basket of roses though?" He asked noticing his sadness.

Alistar noticed a redness in his face but shook it off
"I'll...let you know" he replied "Your too kind."

Gamsey nodded
"Yeah, but I don't let it get me down too much. Just remember don't ever trade life for immortality, got it?"

Topher gave him a thumbs up, "Thanks, but I doubt anyone would give a common guy like me anything like that."

"Preachin' to the choir on that one..." Topher glumly agreed.

Agatha stepped into her kitchen and started to preparing the tea, however found herself struggling to reach one of the cups on a higher shelf.

Gamsey nodded, slinking back in a chair "We always in trouble, its why Alistar's so serious."

Little did Agatha know, but Jane had gotten up early and come down and had made tea for herself and others. When she saw Agatha come in she turned around, putting her hands behind her back, her face turning red.
"I'm sorry" she said glumly, "there was just all this out and, I wanted to be nice so I..." her voice faltered.

Ooh sorry can you remind me who Jane is?

SHe's the girl who has eyes similar to Tophers, her house burnt down, she met that old lady character of yours, Agatha took her in...

"Oh it's okay Jane, thank you very much." Agatha smiled gently at her and patted her shoulder.

Topher glumly nodded, "know the feelin... But now we gotta be ready for when crouch comes back, cause he's gonna. He hates losing."

Gamsey looked over at Topher with a half smile
"I'll be a meat sheild if I have too."

Jane tried to feel better about going throguh Agatha's kitchen but she shook her head
"It's just, I'm so used to getting up and making things for my mom and dad so I just thought..."

"That's good for protecting my mum, but you don't get this guy like I do. If we don't stop him, he ain't gonna stop himself."

"That's very sweet of you. Mind if I sample your tea?"

Gamsey shrugged
"I know this may sound weird but, I kinda wish I could feel pain like a regular person..."

Jane stepped back "Oh, sure."

Agatha took a sip of the tea, and a warm and tender affection found its way to her face, "it's perfect."

"Well this guy can help ya FEEL pain unless we stop him."

"I'm not doubtin this guy but, I literally CAN'T feel physical pain."

Jane blushed bright red, brushing at her blue skirt
"No, it's, it's just a home recipe my mum taught me..."

"Well it taste splendid... can you help me bring some out for our guest?" Agatha asked as she picked up a silver tray, "I'm sure they'd love some too."

Topher shook his head, "He'll find a way.. he's like a velociraptor from Jurassic Park.."

Jane smiled and picked up another tray
"Okay"

Gamsey shrugged "if you say so, you know em better than me."

Just then, a loud knocking cane from the door

Topher stood up, walking toward the door and checking out the peephole just in case.

Agatha set the tray down on a table in front of everyone, "Everyone, please enjoy the tea that Jane here has so graciously made us..."

"Holy marry mother of God! Alistar, Gamsey I KNOW you two are in there! You can't pull the wool over an Angels eyes!"
Alistar groaned .""open the door..." He said unhappily as he took a cup of tea. Gamsey nodded, taking a cup as well.

Topher opens the door, "Problem here?" He asked not too willing to trust strangers now that his mother was in mortal peril. What if he were working with Crouch?

Agatha took some tea and drank it, taking a seat after straighting her dress.

Rainbow burst through the door, fluttering her whit Angel wings
"You know, i GOT that you guys are keepers if the justice peace an all but, can you at least tell me your going to go with random people BEFORE you do it?"

"Rainbow that's a little impossible but, I understand your concern. Agatha, Topher, this is Rainbow, our family Angel."

Agatha rose from her chair stunned to silence by the appearance of the angel, but curtsied to her, "Pleasure to meet you..."

Topher looked at the angel and muttered, "Why am I ever surprised?" But he greeted her nonetheless, "Hey!"

Rainbow took a few heavy breaths before lowering to the floor and bowing to both Topher and Agatha.
"Sorry, but being a guardian is a tough Job. I'm Rainbow."
