She staggered into the back area of the club, the bouncer immediately letting her past. He could tell she'd been out in the full moon just from the multiple twigs in her hair and her bloodied lip.

'Damn girl, someone had too much fun.' A woman called from behind the bar, the owner.

'fun? yeah right.' she snorted, sliding behind the counter and writing a curt letter. She'd been meaning to do this for a while...

'Like he'd ever reply to this.' she mumbled to herself, folding it up and sending it away. From there she just let her head fall softly onto the bar, groaning inwardly at the pain that seized in her joints and muscles.

The girl visibly scowled, meriting some stares from the other patrons as she scribbled a response. Amaya's arm already ached with the amount of writing.

'of course i dont hate you, dipshit.' she exhaled, trying to calm down. 'You know we weren't working out.'

'No i dont know that. and if you think tha...then we can try again. please.'

'I would but.. i'm trying to be faithful to someone else.' she spoke meekly, not meeting his eyes.

He took a step away, his face mpting of all expression- a brick wall between him and the world. 'Oh.'

'I told you i didn't want to string you along...'

'Tomas, wait.' it was more of a plea than anything, but she tried to keep the desperation out of her voice. She didn't want him to leave, not yet.

'Would you rather i'd ended it now or when it was further down the line, where i could've hurt you more?' she demanded, defending herself. 'Don't you see? This was the best option i could've taken for both of us.'
