'I'd like that.' she admitted, her smile turning gentle and seemingly innocent, similar to how it had been when they'd first met.

He smiled and hugged her from behind. "Thank you for giving me a second shot."

'Hey, as long as you're sincere about it, you'll always get another chance with me.' she accepted the hug, relishing the comfort and warmth she got from the embrace.

'Me either, I've missed you too much.' she admitted, spinning around to face him and launching herself back into his arms again.

He leaned down and kissed the top of her head, savoring the smell of her har. The feel of her tiny body pressed against his made him happy. He loved his arms being around her. "I've missed you too."

Everything about him radiated safety, comfort. 'It sounds cheesy, but it hasn't been the same without you here y'know. I've felt like I've been lacking in something, and i could never figure out what it was.'

He laughed. "Yeah we are, but I wouldn't change it for the world." He looked down at her. He meant it when he said that he loved her.

'Maybe.' she clung to him tightly for a moment, before pulling back, realising she still couldn't see him at close range. 'I've forgotten what most people look like, do you mind if i-'

Meredia paused, placing a hand on his cheek.

Her hands carefully traversed his face, accidentally poking his lips and making her giggle. 'You're very beautiful in my mind y'know.'

'Pretty, very pretty indeed.' she concluded, delicately placing her mouth against his. It was barely a kiss, just a gentle brush of her lips.

Pacing around the tower, Lukas seemed inevitably bored by the christmas peace that had settled on the school. Of course, he'd danced with Pixie, but it wasn't enough to sate his hunger.
