The Grounds

'Have fun taking on the Bryn Brigade.. Crouch didn't achieve it well. Do you not know anything of the battle here a few months ago.'
Honestly, it was like telling a baby not to shove a dummy up it's nose.

"I did't come to this school to learn."

Logan ignored how contradictory that sounded.

"Whatever. I don't care how powerful Crouch is; I can look after myself." He thought for a second "But maybe you could tell me about the battle, just so that I know the power of some of these people."

'Ironically most of them never even used their powers.' he thought to Amaya, deciding to keep her strength a secret. After all, he'd contracted power to her, he had an obligation to not reveal it.

'Well, The Desouzas went up against Crouch and the merry band of DE, there was like a massive surge of power then everyone seemed to be knocked out. Two of the Desouza kids didn't get up though: Bryn and Sydnay.

There was lots of debate on the good guy's part on whether to kill Crouch wile he was down, but they decided not to.'

Lukas had cut the story down completely, choosing what was relevant. 'And it was also a full moon, so the werewolves here came out to play.'

Logan felt uneasy at the mention of werewolves.

"Seriously. Between you, me, Crouch, and everyone else, is anyone actually human at this school?"

'Werewolves ARE human.' he explained. 'Except for one night a month. They're just bitten humans.' Lukas thought over Logan's question. 'Yes, I believe most people are, we just have an unusual amount of vampires here.' his nose wrinkled.

"I mean people who have nothing unusual about them; people wh o are just plain, boring humans."

'None. Nobody's normal, there is no such term since it's value differentiates from person to person.' he smirked, feeling like a smartass for once.

"Whatever. I think I'm gonna leave, find somewhere to lay low. Don't rat me out bro, K?"

'Good luck man.' he patted the boy on the shoulder, trying to think of a way he could aid Logain. For now, he could do nothing.

she sat with her legs crossed, staring out across the grounds with a faint smile playing on her lips. admittedly, she'd missed this place.

I put my hands in front of her eyes from behind her, "Boo!"

She jolted, before bursting into laughter. 'Sup Joachim?'

"Not much," I sit down next to her properly, "I just want to take ya someplace."

'Road trip?' she guessed, eyebrows raised almost teasingly. Noticing his posture, she continued speaking. 'And relax, no need to be so... formal around me.'

"Nah, somethin' a bit better than that. Just stop tryin' to guess, ya won't anyway." I stand up and take her hand excitedly.

ic She tried to dampen her curiousity, pulling herself to her feet and biting back a retort. 'Come on.' she faked a pout, but was ready to follow.

He had returned to the forest that he met Sapphire in and then he wandered about until he left the forest.

Joshua kept by Kevin's side. "Dude, this must be the place that Sapphire was talking about. It's freaking amazing here."

Lewis was hunched-over in the middle of the grounds. Unmoving, he had fallen asleep standing up again. His ears were still active warning him of anyone approaching so that he had time to protect his satchel if necessary. He heard two people approaching, causing him to grab his satchel and hold it out of their reach, staring at them as they approached.

OOC One person, anybody else in italics is in Kevin's mind. Only Kevin can see, hear, and interact with them.

IC Kevin noticed someone near-by. He looked at them curiously.

Joshua tapped Kevin's arm. "Keep your wits about you man. Not everyone is as nice as Sapphire."

Oh, so sort of like Kurdt and Logan when they're fused?

Lewis:

Lewis continued to follow the potential threat with his eyes, attempting to determine their intention. He did not yet speak to them, and was prepared to escape if he needed to.

He approached the strange kid. "Hi, I'm Kevin. Is this Hogwarts?"

OOC Yes, like that.

Lewis lowered his guard on the satchel, but kept his uninterrupted stare on the boy.

"Yes it is. Are you a new student here?"

He kept one hand in the satchel, attempting to give the impression he was going for a weapon of some sort in order to intimidate the boy.

"No, I'm too old." He looked at the satchel that Lewis was protecting. "What's in there?"

Lewis revealed a strawberry straw from his satchel, aiming it at the boy like a wand.

"Avada kedavra." His dry voice made it hard to tell he was joking.

Concluding the boy wasn't a threat, Lewis took a bite from the straw.

"So, what business do you have at Hogwarts?"
