Logan shrugged was an arrogant smile replaced his evil one.

"What can I say? I know where to hide; I've been hiding from Kurdt for years."

'But if they've figured out you're two separate people you may as well pack your bags now. That's something neither I nor the DE can help you with, considering i'm their inside man.'

"They'll have to find me first. I could just hide in Kurdt if it comes to it."

'Riiight. I don't think you quite understand me. They'll pull you out somehow if they have to, they don't take well to torturing people, there's no tolerance anymore.'

"You underestimate me Lukas; there's always a way to run and hide. It's just knowing when and where." Logan pulled a vile from one of his robe pockets "Beside, I have a trick up my sleeve."

ic 'Meh, running and hiding is for cowards.' he chuckled, before excusing himself. 'Sorry, that's what any Gryffindor would say.' Poking the vial, he stared at it for a long moment. 'What is it?'

Logan wiggled the vial in front of his face.

"I'll give you three guesses."

'This isn't Guess who. What are we, Muggles?' he added with disdain, losing interest rapidly. Sadly Lukas wasn't in a playful mood.

"It wouldn't hurt you to have fun once in a while. Ah well, it doesn't matter; you have an eternity to have fun." He swirled the potion around in the small vial "It's polyjuice potion."

'400 years of it so far actually.' he added with a wink, chuckling. 'Trust me, I'm fun without restraint, i live for mischief and chaos. But for now I have to be more subtle about what i do, until the DE return..'

Lukas stared at the potion still, shrugging. 'I thought it doesn't work on non-humans?'

"It's worked in the past pretty well. Watch."

Logan took a swig of the potion. His red eyes turned green.

"How do I look?"

"Really?"

Logan took a swig of the potion. Nothing happened.

"Damn it."

'Have you tried seeking out Crouch? He could help you, or you could aid them in their return.' his tone lowered, hushing. 'After all, they might be attempting to return this very minute..'

"I've heard of this Crouch. Isn't he that impossibly powerful badass who remains undefeated? Not even that, I heard that he can deflect any spell and that he's a hybrid of every known organic being in the galaxy? Also he's a ninja."

ic Lukas shrugged. 'He's anywhere but here, but if you try to approach him he'll definitely find you. Most people assume if you want to seek out Crouch you want to be tortured or something, so word spreads quickly.'

"You think if I caused a bit of trouble, he'd try to find me?"

'No. Not at all.' he shook his head, feeling like a Dad telling his kids not to chew on glass. 'I mean you need to go somewhere outside Hogwarts and make it known that you're looking for him.'

That sounds like too much work...

"Screw it; I can hide until the Death Eaters take over."

'or I could send a letter to Crouch.' he offered as an alternative, looking unamused. 'But that's the boring option.'

"I think a game of hide-and-seek is just what these Bryn Police need to loosen up."

Logan giggled maniacally.

"Maybe I could even take a few of them out."
