her tone was harsh, like anybody's would be if they were falsely accused.

'and by process of elimination, it must be me.' she rolled her eyes sarcastically at him, tucking her Bible into her robes pocket and rising to her feet.

'Perhaps if you stopped being such a brash bigot you'd realise that you might not know people as well as you think you do. People are capable of anything, you're just too blinded by your prejudices to see you're wrong for once in your life.'

Her temper was flaring, but her expression hadn't even changed. It was a cold anger, one she hardly unleashed.

Her outburst didn't even move me, I turn and start walking away.

She visibly relaxed, propping herself against the tree eyes scanned on his every move.
'Men and their blind assumptions that they're always right..' she muttered with exasperation.

She glared at him, stiff. 'Keep walking.' she insisted.

I turn back around and approach her, "No. I know that look."

'Its the look of someone who is fed up of being interrogated just for coming to school.' Her expression was withering, knowing she'd be better off trying to break a wall with her fingernails.
